KFC just thinks this is a not mainstream game and does not pay attention to holding this event seriously and this results in the frustration of all the players who are waiting for the gifts for a long time. Mihoyo should not collabrate with this shit company any more, because KFC only think the collabration with some mainstream "superstar" or idol as a deal. In Chinese internet, every genshin players are critizing the terrible preparation of KFC.
