bro, genshin never deletes accounts, only you can do it yourself, but as others have said, you most likely just clicked on the wrong server when logging into the game, there is a separate progress for each server, just check each of the four

If you can't play Genshin anymore and if your fine with spoilers then I recommend doing a Recap, Fanmade animation, Lore, and Theories Reaction of Genshin since that would be much more intriguing and a lot of players misses in the game so it would help much more 😊
Did they delete your account without any explanation? It's just kind of weird. Ofk a lot of people will say that this is not so. But my friend streamed even with mods while in the “affiliate” program and there were no bans.

Hoyoverse doesn't delete accounts, they ban them. Quick question, do you remember the email you signed up with? If you're having trouble logging in you could try restarting your password, or contact the genshin support. And as others have suggested, check the region you're trying to log into – maybe it isn't the server you first played on.
im pretty sure genshin doesnt just randomly delete accounts. maybe you clicked the wrong server, so you can try doing all 4 different ones and see if it works. if that doesnt work try emailing support

If you want Arlecchino her banner is likely coming back next update which is 5.3. And so is Mavuika, the Pyro Archon.
If you can recover by typing directly to the source for an account recovery, you need all the details of where you created it when linked and proof of payment if you have bought something within the game and in about 1 month they return it to you.
In terms of his account it could be on the wrong server or anyone does not know u can use the same email/Gmail to Google login and use the same emai/Gmail address for password login which is seen as using 2 different accounts
They don't just delete the account just because we stop playing for a long time. This is definitely a case of "chose the wrong server" before logging in. Try all other servers to find out which one has your account.
