I think Yae in a team with a main dps would be harder to get right. However, if you have 3 other sub dps and applicators, she is the best for the job. Her on-field time would be the hardest for me, even though her totems stay for a while.
Nilou teams performance depends heavily on how much elemental applications (ie. blooms) you can squeeze out, so even moreso than other characters, potential/limits will have to be found with playtesting.
