Is Baizu made for Cyno or Nilou compa. I have Cyno and I don’t have Nilou so I don’t know if it will be worth building Kaveh if I get him. What other teams can he work with that’s not bloom core related? Is he a good Hyperbloom for instant use or not?

I'm so mad at the weapon banner because I didn't get the Mistspliter but I got the Calamity Queller with 88 pity and a Celestial Sword with 73 pity after farming for almost half a year but now I don't have any more primogems and I can't even fish to try to get Mistspliter because I live in Brazil and all prices are extremely high because of the direct conversion, a welkin moon for example costs almost R$30 and the larger package of genesis crystals costs more than R$500 (and the monthly minimum wage here is around R$1300 for comparison) so if anyone wants to send me any amount (id:603617867) i really appreciate it ❤️
