There is a graphical error at 9:49. This calculation has Eula using an R5 Broken Pines, not the Skyward Blade. I made a mistake calculating Pines damage as well and I didn't include the unconditional 16-32% attack buff it provides. This makes is a bit better than the WGS overall IMO. My Messy Spreadsheet is updated to reflect these changes:

Note .. you want crit rate as last artifact on eula as she gets a basic stat increase in critical damage.
Will a Blizzard Slayer set work for her? I was planning on getting her and add Chongyun and Xingquiu. The artifact set gives her 40% Crit rate thanks to Xingquiu ultimate and with Chong's Elemental Resonance gives her a total of 55% Crit rate and his E turning her physical damage to Cryo damage.
She looks extremely boring, I have no idea why people are so excited for a character like her
