Is there a misunderstanding about the EL passive? Is it "give 28% attack for every 100% ER."or does it give you attack for every ER above 100%.
Just wanted to ask what lvl of talents do you consider good? Like are lvl 7 talents good?

I don't have issues with weapons suited for just one character. Each of my characters gets its own set (weapon + artifacts) so I don't need to swap them around so that dedicated weapon could just sit on that character forever.
The only issue is that I don't have primogems to pull on weapon banners so I don't get these specialized weapons anyway. My Raiden is going to get The Catch when I catch it.
I want this weapon too, but i need xianling cons, should i gacha for weapon or get xianling cons?

baal or raiden is by far the only balance character i know in genshin, with a really good playstyle and skillset

But if u have Burst DPS Polearm user it's good too:D

Engulfing Lightning is a amazing weapon for our lord and saviour Xiangling.
Xiangling is a god, and she benefits from this weapon ALOT if shes using Emblem set

i decided to SAVE the FISHING for THE CATCH after i get THOMA, since he has a Bonus Passive for FISHING in INAZUMA.. lol 20% chance to double the fish caught.
that polearm really is only for raiden because raiden has a passive to increase electro damage per energy recharge

im honestly super glad i got lucky and got her wep.. since i didnt preferably wanna speedrun the fishing to get the catch. now i can just enjoy fishing whenever i feel like it and not feel pressured to try and get an r5 catch for ei
i was thinking memory of dust was one of the weapons that’s only good for one character (ningguang) but engulfing lightning proved me wrong
