Im thinking of Chongyun, Childe, Razor, Gorou. Individual damage doesnt make a bad team good since it is called a team after all. This teams lack of synergy and supportive capabilities makes this the worst team that I can think of
Kaeya can heal though. Idk how good Gorou's healing is, but Kaeya's honestly not bad in general either. Gorou feels more disfunctional in a non-geo team.
personally i'd use xinyan and thoma in the worst team possible, what if they have shields? abyss is time-based so that doesn't really help as for the other two i'm not sure, maybe a senhe without a 2nd cryo and amber for that tripple pyro goodness that does no good to anyone(the only reason gorou isn't in there is because xinyan is def based but he could possibly replace her)
This is the worst possible team i could think of with the goal being they each don't benefit eachother at all.
Anemo traveler. (Best built for pure anemo damage or just as a buffer with Freedom Sworn + Noblesse) – Forced to be on field to give his damage in – Needs reactions to compliment his anemos nature (he best damage comes from the last hit on his E and being able to swirl multiple times) – Is anemo traveler
Yunjin (either pure geo DMG or try and force the team to build normal attack) – Best in normal attack heavy teams – Decent damage with E but not enough to DPS – gets better with a rainbowteam ( too bad u won't have one 😈)
Sucrose. -bit lower damage than a Kazuha, more damage than a traveler but not enough to carry a team -heavly relys on reactions to make good use -all her buffs compliment other elements but this team has very low ability to be buffed.
The last slot is reserved for 4 people and you can choose which one compliments this team the WORST.
Sara – Heavy burst reliant, needs a batter which u do not have, has bad electro application. Altho, they can attack buff, can give electro damage buff and allow your team to swirl.
Shenhe. Strictly a support, low damage, low cry application without ulti, forces u to pick either a physical team or a cryo team both of which can be either bad or good. Altho does give u the ability to swirl.
Gorou. Low personal damage, his buffs do but Yunjin but it's negligible, strictly geo focused. Does have healing but it's very low and u can even make it so u can't use your burst.
Albedo. – the team can't make use of reactions, most of his damage comes from teammates setting it off and does have a codown. Altho Yunjin allows him to shred geo resist which could give his high damage a bit too much of a boost but nonetheless he still can't solo carry a team.

None of these characters have too much innate synergy with eachother so u can really make use of all of them together and must instead build each single one for DPS to make up for it. They also have low to no elemental reactions and if it were 3.0 i would slot in a dendro char (collei) to completely remove all reactions from the team and not even allow geo to reduce resist for itself keeping the personal damage low and reducing as much synergy as possible.
I really think you underestimated Kaeya and Lisa, specially at C6, they can do even more than what they were already doing in that team. Definitively even Razon and Electro-Traveler would have been much worse in that team.

How about Ningguang Gorou Sayu and Anemo Traveler?
Gorou won't buff Ningguang because Ningguang doesn't scale with defense.
Sayu's practically useless because she can't swirl anything, and being a healer, her dps sucks.
Anemo Traveler is the 2nd worst anemo character.
Ningguang will be the main dps but will be unable to utilize any buffs from the rest of her team. The only buff I can think of is Wolf's Gravestone on Sayu, as well as Noblesse Oblige and Tenacity of the Millelith, but nobody's elemental skill lasts long off-field, so Tenacity is meh, and Noblesse is standard. Sure, you won't die with this team, but if you're skilled, dying is never a problem. The problem here is that you'll never kill anything, ever.
If Aloy's dps with VV shred is less than Ningguang's solo dps, then perhaps you could swap Ningguang with Aloy, or any other character that doesn't scale with defense. Swirling hydro/pyro/cryo/electro is good, but not all that amazing tbh.
For you guys who didn't know the ruin serpent mechanic. When the ruin serpent is spinning,There are four glowing thingy in his body, you need to hit 4 of that either with attack or with wide range skill(like Raiden skill/burst,qingqiu skill)to make it easier to hit multiple part at once. After that he will go into weakened mode for 10 second. If you failed to hit 4 of those (like say you hit only 2 part) next time that serpent go into charge mode, he will only have 2 glowing part left, but it's unlikely you in time to 36* abyss if you gotten into that 2nd charge mode though.

Your next "challenge" could be, attempting to clear abyss with a single "non-meta" character (such as Kaeya) on each side.
