If there is a new artifact set that benefits from overhealing, that could be massive for Charlotte. But that's only if the rumors are true.
Sucks she's kinda mid, though I do plan on getting her and triple crowning her. I feel like her main role is just to apply cryo.
Conclusion: Bad but not the worst

Isn't Tenacity a good set for her better than noblesse because the atk buff can be activated constantly

I think she'll just be cool to have Nahida's skill but Cryo, not damage wise but to apply Cryo while Furina buffs and Neuv water cannons.
How viable is she with Melt Yanfei and Melt Hutao? Is her application really that slow when off field? I want to use her with Hu Tao but she heals too fast/too large
Charlotte cute tho, so I'm hoping to at least C4 her on the way to pulling for C1 Furina.
By extension, she's gonna be glued to Furina in teams I'll use her in probably.
To answer the question, she's adorable and has a nice design. And she's a hard working woman with drive

bro wait why is she litterally perfect, wtf, ive been rlly into oven recently but qiqis application is kinda slow, and kaeya, rosaria, chongyun, especially wriothesley, whoever else doesnt heal, so im out of options for a good on field cryo user. then out comes charlotte, likevan angel decending from heaven to be my perfect oven driver
My plan for her:
Get her.
Level her to 70 for the 3 free fates.
Keep her in the commissions team until friendship 10.
Forget she exists.
Charlotte can overheal, and you still gave her 3 stars rating for Defense??? Ok 😅

I honestly think she has potential with good cryo application and healing. I am not sure how good she will be for forward melt if her skill has a Icd. But she might have the most consistent cryo application after Kaeya
