AoE dps i choose Diluc, for single target DPS, i choose Hu Tao..
For me when doing dmg comparison, it is better not to use artifact set, and also there is also much better artifact for hu tao and that's why. AGAIN IM STATING MY OPINION PLS DON'T HATE ME.
Fun fact, I was secretly wishing for Diluc during my 50:50 pity with hutao, then I got her instead. In other words I love them both regardless of who deals more damage. 🧡🧡🧡

What a joke. Diluc with Unforged. Vs Hutao with homa. Try again. You give hutao her weapon which she ends up with +100% CRD. Give Diluc his weapon, Wolves Gravestone. Then try again. My Diluc with WGS does 10k-18k white crits… this was cringey to watch. Stats: 3200 atk 83.7 CR 122.3% CD 0% fire damage. I’m undergeared as hell. But ult still hits 36K crit first hit not including dots or final. R1 weapon compared to your R5 homa. I love Hu Tao a lot but Diluc still makes the numbers
Hard to compare the two in a test like this. Dilucs strength is that his attacks can be alternated to vaporize every hit with Xingqui – Hutao attacks too fast to be able to do that so in a solo comp Hutao will always win out (not to mention Hutao had the most perfect conditions for this vid being at low hp + homa) 👀

Just so people know if hutao had some crits to her charged attacks the regisvine wouldve and shouldve been dead long before the ult. My hutao takes it out with 4 charged attacks. No zhongli, no bennett just hutao

I pulled hu Tao in excitement for a new strong fire unit. I wish I could take it back. Shes strong with homa, but her combat feels janky. I mean, I really hate her caveats. Theres something uncomfortable about her combat.
Diluc has a really brain dead playstyle, while Hu Tao has a really fun and engaging playstyle that involves high risk high reward. I wish Hu Tao could come home
