  1. Now imagine if we get someone who buffs the burning reaction too..

Excuse the delay, the upload kept getting corrupted lmao (& I kept modifying ER explanation a lot since both builds viable)
also Twitch Zy0x escaped at 31:20 (I forgot to mute my mic in the recording lol…)

  2. Did you make tests of how much the damage actually changes if you are able to burst every rotation? I feel like resetting the skill through its skill might be a bad idea. Because not only do you need 4s to charge it back up to level 2. Only 2 seconds later you are doing the big 600% Dendro AoE damage. Basically it feels like you are losing a lot of damage (at least 2 600% damage bursts + the bigger damage from the skill itself) by resetting the skill through the actual skill and not through the burst as this one keeps the level 2 (which I feel is the main point and less the fact that it does AoE damage).

Your weapon ranking for example only shows the damage if you burst every other rotation (which is why Favonius is at last), but it feels like IF you are playing Favonius you would try to burst every rotation increasing your overall damage through the fact that your skill never has to recharge to level 2.

Not saying that the guide is bad. I mean, you are saying that there is a point to trying to burst every rotation, I would have just liked if you included that into the calculations. Like make a second row of weapon tests where you build Emilie to burst every rotation and then use the one with the best damage output for both and just making it clear through a footnote which weapons are better for bursting every rotation and which ones for bursting every other rotation.

  3. My new favorite Dendro character Sucrose dressing up as Sumeru Lisa, I won soft pity on both her and her weapon so I’m definitely maining her during natlan exploration and speaking of Sucrose i just realized i can build Glasses team including both girls with Xianyun and technically Charlotte.

  4. People always underestimate every last new 5 star character released in every version and then later on realize they are top tier.

    V1-Kazuha

    V2-Yelan

    V3-Baizhu

    V4-Emilie

That being said I still wont pull for her cause I am guaranteed next pull and I want Kinich (cause of naruto and sasuke VA). Will pull for her next rerun if she synergizes with pyro archon though. I am also aware of kinich`s kit but still would wait for pyro archon.

  5. Hi Zeeox It’s me, your only Viewer. For Months I have created the illusion that you are streaming to a large audience. But here’s the truth: all these people in the chat are me. And now, for you to be convinced of this, I will send this message from all my accounts.

  6. I think her future usefulness will depend more on dendro dps characters, especially ones that are not bloom or aggravate friendly, rather than pyros. More pyros just means more slot competition, and when you want slots for Benny, Kaz, and other buffer/debuffers…

So while I have her and she is a big improvement for the team I got her for, I do not think that will be the case for most players. Kinich mains excluded, of course.

  8. Kitain Spear is not even ranked 😭

It has the same benefit as her Signature (Burst every rotation even in single target) & deals more damage than Favonius Lance, plus it's a free craftable weapon.

  9. My most humblest Nicholas, though we share the same name, I fear that we are no more alike than that of the mixtures of water and oil. In your terms, I believe they may call it a difference in whaling and being free to play. From your inane ramblings to your violent and sudden outbursts, I firmly believe that you are treading on the wrong path. You strive for something that the rational have no concern of. Something that takes precedence in another universe, or perhaps maybe in another timeline. It is something that we as human beings have no grasp on, nor can we fear that we will ever obtain. I simply wish to inform you that your actions are misguided, and while that may have to do with your attention deficit disorder I do also believe that a part of what makes you ill-informed is your moral outlook on reality as a whole. Your troubles lie in your starvation for perfection. While I am not one to question how one enjoys their time doing what they love, I will say that your behavior in the Vermillion Hereafter domain is quite concerning. For the past two or so years an accumulated total of over 150,000 resin has been wasted to obtain a rank of less than 10 on what I can assume is your favorite character, Xiao, based on the Akasha leaderboards. This has led me to the conclusion that the height of that you wish to reach in your degeneracy may be summarized in one word: perfection. In order for me to provide a correct analysis of your behavior, we will first have to define the following words: perfection, rationality, irrationality, and happiness.

Perfection (noun): the condition of being completely free from all flaws. It is this state that I most wholeheartedly believe is a state of being that is impossible for humanity to achieve. Although perfection is what seems to be our end-all-be-all goal, a utopian society is not only impossible but also incorrect. This relates to your striving for what I may refer to as: “the perfect Xiao.” However, in light of your efforts to obtain this so-called perfection that you strive for, it has led you to a place worse off than you have been in before. Let us look at the artifact sets that seem to be more beneficial for your account in general. Such sets may include but are not limited to The Emblem of Severed Fate, Archaic Petra, Gilded Dreams, and Noblesse Oblige. Having spent your limited resources farming these specific domains instead, you may have been in a more positive place than you are currently in. This is also troubling because your status as a virtual entertainer is to inform us through video guides on your YouTube channel. Despite having extensive knowledge of the game you so love, you choose to go against the advice you give us and succumb to something that I describe as: the irrational (we will get to this more later on). This has led me to a stance of confusion for you preach to us that the farming of The Emblem of Severed Fate domain is efficient and may be used on many characters; however, you yourself do not follow this advice you give us and choose to farm Vermillion Hereafter instead. This will lead me to our next topic: rationality.

The great philosopher and astronomer, Aristotle, defined humans as “rational animals,” but that does not necessarily mean we are or should be perfectly rational. Rationality is the cultivation of human knowledge in the form of actions and decisions. It is what has brought us here today. The ability to ponder a choice and act upon it has allowed us to uncover the many secrets of our existence. The laws of nature, the complex governing of countries, and the voyages into space have been built from the rational decision to learn and to grow. The point being taken from here is that rationality is the basis of our creation. In your video guides on YouTube, you speak rationally and give us advice based on rational guidance. You have this understanding of rationality as something that drives us towards an excelled performance. Though rationality is not what defines us as humans in a whole, it is an important step to describing your behavior as a human being. Rationally you tell us to farm good artifact sets, yet the irrational is still among us. This leads to the idea of absolute rationality, also known as too much rationality. Absolute rationality calls for a constant state of perfection: to hold ourselves to social norms, to only make what society deems are correct choices, and to suppress all irrational thoughts. We uphold ourselves to the standards that are farming Emblem and Gilded Dreams even when we do not necessarily want to farm those sets. Absolute rationality is what removes our irrational freedom of choice. If this absolute rationality is instated, our only way forward is to push beyond the boundaries of the world to relieve ourselves of the misery that is constant rationality. To quote Dostoyevsky’s Notes from Underground, there will be “nothing left either to do or to find out. All that’ll be left for us will be to block off our five senses and plunge into contemplation.”

Irrationality is the gut feeling of our desires. At its core, we are irrational beings. Our moral sense is imbued with this irrationality as we value our gut emotional response when deciding whether an action is moral or not. Irrationality, or this gut emotional response, is what we truly believe. We do not initially think rationally when we dictate what is morally right or wrong, instead, our concept of morality is our feelings in the moment, our irrational self. To quote Pinker’s The Moral Instinct, we do not “engage in moral reasoning…but moral rationalization…[we] begin with the conclusion, coughed up by an unconscious emotion, and then work backward to a plausible justification.” In your case, the irrationality stems from the desires of what we want. What I can only assume to be your greatest want, is the perfect Xiao. Your irrational desires lead you to go against the advice you give us in your video guides and henceforth, lead to a farming of the Vermillion Hereafter domain. While I do believe that it is okay for irrational thought, I fear that too much of it, just like absolute rationality, may destroy us in total. And right now you are on the brink of thos absolute irrationality. However, irrationality, that is Vermillion, in moderation may be acceptable. The irrational self is our basic human emotions that dictate what we want to do, or what we want to think, in the the moment.

This irrationality is the reason why perfection is impossible. We will always have desires and wants whether they be in the moment, or the future. Irrationality is what lives in the center of our bodies. It is our emotional gut response to any given situation that comes first before any rational reasoning. And without a constant rational mind, irrationality will sway away the foundations for perfection. Irrationality tells us that we are free to follow whatever path we like, that we are free to determine what we believe is morally right or wrong, and that we are free to make incorrect choices that may not lead to a better future, but to greater happiness in the moment. That is why most likely your decisions to strive for a perfect Xiao may be misguided. However that will all conclude in our definition of happiness.

Happiness: the state of being happy. The rational self tears us from our desires, while the irrational self guides us back towards them. While I agree that human beings are rational, I also believe that we are equally irrational. We choose to be rational because we want to understand the world that is around us. Yet we also choose to be irrational because we are human. As humans, we are not bound by any law in the entire universe that lays the stones of rationality and restricts the way we act for the unobtainable lie of perfection. Our basic human right of freedom is based on irrationality. To have irrational desires and to act upon them is what gives us our freedom. It is these irrational choices that guide us not to be perfect, but to be human. While rationality sows the seeds of the tree that is utopia, our irrationality will be the axe that chops it down. And happiness. Happiness is the root of all that we do. So now I simply wish to ask you that after all you’ve done in your beloved game. After all the hours wasted, after all the resources wasted, after all the sanity that is lost, are you truly happy? That is the question that has lasted throughout time and for you all the more important. I simply hope that my perspective on the ever expanding philosophy of life may guide you to somewhere better. Thank you.

To end I would like to recite a poem from someone who is the exact opposite of you and, as the British would say it, a perked-up white boy goated with the sauce bussing it down with a little bit of swag. Here it is:

“I look above the heavens and only see desolation.

I look below the Earth and only see death.

Yet here I stand alone and awake.

For this waking life is all I have.

And despite humanity’s perseverance against it all,

Despite the walls built only to have been crumbled,

Despite the ashes left by the flames of our troubles,

    Only one truth remains clear.

And it is that this world is not for me.”
