Wooooooooooah woah woah waoaaaaaaaaah. They are ranked by strength? That Banker and Mayor are stronger than Childe? Thats fucking wild man. That really doesnt add up. Pantalone doesnt even have a Vision!

I kinda wish there is a forgotten 12th member of the Fatui Harbinger, like that person got kill by one vision holder because as we all know that fighting a Fatui Harbinger isn't that easy for your average vision holder. And then there's the traveler lol
Interesting that Harbingers are ranked in strength, but Pantalone, who is visionless, is higher than Childe
I have been so impatient to hear his thoughts on the others since we got him and kept running into Scara and Signora.
I always thought the harbingers are ranked by joining order but apparently not which makes childe, the guy that challeged the abyss, survived, gained its power and mastered all weapons, the WEAKEST harbinger. The goblin guy and 2 little girls are stronger than him

So, the Fatui are indeed ranked by strength which also conveniently happens to be the order they joined in.
Regrator and Arlecchino are my favourites and I hope that I one day will be able to play as them

I knew something was off about The Damselette/Columbina
so from what i gathered the harbingers’ ranks are
1. Pierro (leader)
2. Capitano (not specified)
3. Columbina
4. Dottore (not specified)
5. Pulcinella (not specified)
6. Scaramouche
7. Sandrone (not specified)
8. Signora
9. Pantalone (not specified)
10. Arlecchino (doesn’t fit anywhere else)
11. Childe
But the fact that he talks about everyone is weird. Those lines should be for playable characters only, yet he lists every single one of them and even talks about Signora, which is uh…
there is no way pulcinella is a genuine kind old man to childe..he must have a motive and once revealed, it probably will make childe turn agaisnt the fatui. there is no way traveller can fight fatui without some strong comrade.

I have a theory that Varka is No.2 Capitano. I heard Childe’s voiceline talking about Capitano and Varka in the same way that they are very strong and he wants to fight them. Capitano has armored to cover his face bc HYV doesn’t want to spoil this character.
Arleccino and Capitano – one love, very sad that there probably won't ever be a full covered face playable char, so Capitano is only a dream…

I’m pretty sure that “Pierro” is a old half of young dottre because at the end someone else calls him doctor witch is dottre’s title and they also asked where is your younger half
The Scaramouche one is almost as similar as what he says in Shiki Taishou’s event in 2.2
