I’m starting to think that these original sins are sins because ultimately they reveal or at least hint at the origin of Celestia basically being a colonizer and the origins of teyvat may ultimately lead to the primordial one since would he not be the origin of human civilization since according to the text he was the one that created them and once again that’s a big no no zone for celestia, I was thinking that also these sins are linked to stuff that are not naturally from teyvat like forbidden knowledge I do hope these sins are talked about more
I have a theory about why the "genesis of language" is considered forbidden knowledge. In one of the Biblical stories, mankind were unified by one language and sought to build a city and tower whose top reaches the heavens, perhaps as a symbol of human pride. God then confused the people by causing them to have different languages so they could no longer understand each other and communicate, thereby stopping the construction of the Tower of Babel.
Perhaps there might be parallels with the story of Tower of Babel with Teyvat's history, where the deity struck down because of the arrogation of mankind. Khaenri'ah could have been Genshin's equivalent of Babel, except they have been struck down with something other than just languages.

I used to think the same regarding why learning the origin of language is forbidden since they have a darshan specific to linguistics which is the haravatat darshan. But if you have played the enkanomiya world quest, and took notes of places where you find the celestial nails, we can make a guess.
Obviously the akademiya might not know the real reason why learning the origin of language is forbidden but the warnings survived to this day.
