i had used about 125 saved wishes to get my (guaranteed) kazuha and hoped to get lucky for c6 heizou TuT
i got 1 heizou, 3 thomas (c3!! yay!!!)……..
and about 8 ningguangs … and she was already c6 LOL :’D
at least i got my heizou and kazuha :’3

I got Kazuha on the very first try today and he was my second five star I ever pulled in this game. I got Heizou on my fourth pull also getting Ninquang and Thoma now with the win for me because I never got those characters until now
Realy Hoyoverse is sp unfair.. Specialy to f2ps like me.. Why do they let whale players won thier everu 5050.. Doesnt they know that if they keep making those whales lost their 5050s they gonna earn more.. Coz im sure whale players wont stop spending until they get the character and the constilations..
And yet they let the f2ps suffer.. 
Idk if the word is RIGGED but I have a STRONG feel Heizou drop rate was pretty nerfed in this banner. Seeing this and wishing for him in some accounts told me that. 100 wishes average and the best I got was C1 heizou… Felt pretty weird getting him like he was a 5 star but whatever..
