  1. Mona is my favorite too and I loved her mirage. It's so beautiful! I dont like one think tho: Where tf is smol Mona in the ending cutscene?!
Anyway I hope She get more time to shine in the future. Mona have very interesting lore. I wish she will play a role in Fontaine story

  2. I'll be very honest. I used to not like Mona. I had a different impression of her in her story quest and I did not understand her well. After this event, I fell in love with her. If I lose a 50/50 to her, I will build her and use her like the queen she is.

PS. Been playing for a year and I never got a single Mona.

  3. I didn’t expect Mona’s quest was gonna be so deep. I thought some of the puzzles being difficult was really immersive to how Mona tries to divine the answers of the world by studying the stars. Maybe it was just me being dumb but I felt like the instructions to solve these puzzles were purposely ambiguous enough, like trying to understand our destiny. I’m probably overthinking this lol! But overall, Mona’s endured so much criticism about her profession yet she stays true to herself. The future is unknown but knowing her own truth is enough to keep pushing forward. I really love Mona now. I hate that this quest has to be in a limited event, it’s so important.

  4. Unrelated but it's a shame that Ramzaes quitted Genshin cuz he didn't get Mona and the Feh pulls he got spoiled his expectations.
    He got Beidou though.

He is a Mona simp just like "Ask-Me-For-Directions" Arnold.
And he doesn't even know that she's on the Standard banner.

  5. I'm suddenly thinking about what Scaramouche found out… so if Mona says (in summary) everything is in the night sky, the stars…. what now when he says the sky is fake? Hmm….

  6. Well the difference between Mona's astrology vs Irl astrology is that she has the LITERAL ability to see one's fate whether it be good or gloomy.

While Irl astrology focuses on trying to label someone as a person with a specific trait that you can find in any and all people.

For example, if you were born on a certain day then your are this TYPE of person. When you don't even know them personally to be labeling them as a specific type of person. Aka Generalizing.

Mona even proves that there are conartist who use astrology as a way to make money. Which gives True astrologist like her a bad reputation.

  7. I love that you love Mona. I started Genshin day 1 because of Mona and with the free wishes I got c1 Mona. I absolutely still love her and was so glad we got more of her this event.

And now I’ve lost so many 50:50 that I have her c6. And I’m so happy

  8. People seem super surprised that Mona is actually not living in squalor, but I could have sworn Genshin left some kind of indication that the REASON Mona is always poor is because she puts her research materials before literally anything else.

  9. I'm so sad I can't do this, I've spent the last week and a half in Portugal, but I don't have Genshin logged in on my phone πŸ₯² and when I come back Kazuha and the event along with it will be gone the day after

  10. Now that I think about it, this "fate can't be changed" talk in this quest is so sus, like it almost sounds super linked to the main storyline. Genshin's main storyline is always talking about fate. Even the "Travail" trailer ends with "…The threads of Fate will be yours to re-weave" indicating change, but mona seems to lament about how it isn't a thing meant to be changed or altered. Maybe it is hinting us smth? Idkkkkk just personal opinions

  11. I kinda feel Mona's ending cinematic was disappointing compared to the other 3 because it didn't have Mona in it. I wanted to see her as a kid or just in that art style like how the others did.
