  1. Edit: Watch the full length video for an in-depth look at Kaeya's Backstory and relation with Diluc

Kaeya is a very complicated character with a lot of lore and backstory. Its pretty much impossible for me to cover all of it in a youtube short. So if you guys wanna see/know the entire backstory of Kaeya let me know and I'll make a proper video on it

  2. Also, Diluc didnt like kaeya because he stayed with the knights after they decided not to make what their dad did for monstadt public ( this might not be entirely accurate because I am pulling this out of my mind at 3am)

  3. I am sorry to the people who disagree but……
I think that IT WAS Keaya who gained a vision but lost his brother who he was very found of when they had a battle. But Diluc also lost a very close adopted brother even though they were very close.😢

  4. I feel really bad for Kaeya. In reality none of it was his fault, he didn't choose to have his father abandon him, he didn't actually do anything to hurt Mondstat, he only didn't tell Crepus and Diluc because he was scared and didn't want to hurt them but it kept building up and up, he tried to get to Crepus as fast as he could but he was too late, and when Kaeya couldn't take it anymore and finally told Diluc he tried to kill him. Maybe that's what Kaeya wanted, was to die because he felt so bad. He blames himself for all of it, but he didn't actually do anything wrong, and now he's alone. He basically lost his family twice. Kaeya's definitely one of the most tragic characters in Genshin

  5. Ah yes, produce a whole manga that not a lot of people know about, make the lore of some of the first characters you have introduced the most engaging within said manga, sometimes in time limited events that new players will not be able to experience ever again instead of making a quest or something 😀 I love hoyoverse's writing decisions
