I mean tbh it doesn’t really matter because she is insanely op, but if we were looking at which is better for dmg boost def go with C1 because to guarantee weapon you’d need around 230 pulls, but for C1 you need 160 pulls at least. You will ever rarely get to hard pity on limited char banner.

Im at 58 pity, with 8 days left. Should be able to get another 16 pulls. Lost the last 50/50 so its garanteed C1. Wish me luck people. Staff of Homa is a good enough stats stick for her, but ill try R5 Dragon's Bane for vape teams and see how it goes.
I have C1 R1 and I only see the damage boost, the interruption resistance still a shit
For people saying she still needs a shield at c1 lemme explain :
>> well the interruption to resistence isnt active always like dehya's E or Gorou 2nd geo passive. It only works when you are in mask of red death state and ARE USING NORMAL ATTACKS
what this means…if that if you are standing in one place as arlecchino and a ruin gurdian is doing his spinning attack – u WILL be thrown around. Likewise…if your arlecchino is performing her normal attack string – she will be proteted by added interruption to resistance.
>> however this interruption resistance also has a "gauge" that depletes as u take hits….so after being protected for around 7-8 hits…if arle continues takinh heavy hits she will be thrown away.

With same crit rate, so luck had Impact here
Missed around 120-150k DMG On the C1 run, so would need 1 less hit with same crit luck
So gap is higher then showed in the video
U should use crit food for smth like that
