I kinda get the whole "specialized 4-star that needs C6" since 4-starts aren't as rare as 5-stars. But they still end up making the 4-star supports worse than what we already have, which i absolutely don't get.

What’s the point of the buff if it only works for multiple opponents, eula is best against one big opponent, if at least they made it like “if it hits one enemy it grants 10% and if more enemies are hit the stacks goes up by 10%, max 3 stacks” THAT WOULDVE BEEN SO MUCH BETTER😭
They just need to make shatter be an applying reaction for physical damage and physical damage would be solved
