i tought it didn't but seein Shenhe doing 2 runs in a row kinda got em confused, because her skill damage doesnt scale on basic attacks so i just assume its no basic attacks.

If I have C2 Citlali and C2R1 Ayaka would you recommend pulling for Shenhe? If if you do,how many constellations you would recommend? I have been waiting for Shenhe for so long, but now that I have C2 Citlali I’m not sure if it makes any difference
