This game has godlike beings called Archons, one for each element and region, Monstadt’s archon is Venti and he’s the Anemo Archon, Liyue has the Geo Archon, Zhongli, Inazuma has the Electro Archon, the Raiden Shogun, Sumeru has the Dendro Archon, Nahida, and there’s going to be new area coming soon, Fontaine, and their archon is rumored to be the Hydro Archon, Focalors

  12. Genshin only copied the gameplay mechanics in BOTW. But the lore and terminologies are from trails series. Even the currency Mira from trails just became Mora in genshin. Of course there are more, like Erebos, Ouroboros, Schwanritter (Schwarz + Stahlritter from trails), the group of Fatui called Enforcers.

  14. Ay I'd recommend checking out and reacting to the new game put out by Mihoyo, its called Honkai star rail
    They've got a trailer out and a couple of characters demos, its a turn base game and the story is honestly so interesting so far! Id really recommend it

  17. hoyoverse knows how to sell characters, and they can make u fall inlove with characters, however the game still is very potato especially if u played since launch

  23. Also, all wind characters have a mechanic where they collect other elements from the world around them. For example, Kazuha was on a bridge, which is why his attacks made it seem like he was a water character

  27. 29:14 xanthe huynh !? Omgg I love her voice work. Haru’s my favorite phantom thief.
    But sadly no. She doesn’t voice hu tao, as her English voice is brianna knickerbocker. Super sweet tho

    Xanthe does voice someone in genshin but it’s not a playable character (yet, hopefully xanthe gets a playable one!) she voices changsheng, baizhu’s snake.
