One of if not the best characters would be c6 Bennett with furina. Why? Cause his infusion allows him to vape the hits, his e can be cast in between plunges which also has a high multiplier. And since you would’ve most likely used benny for his buff in these teams anyways, removing the “middle man” Main dps and making him the main dps actually frees up a slot for another sub-dps, especially hydro like xq or yelan to make sure your high pyro application doesn’t overwhelm the hydro and do additional damage. If you don’t have benny c6 your best options will probably be Hu Tao or Diluc due to their pyro infusions.
Kazuha who literally uses his E to plunge isn’t there but razor and diluc is?😓
I mean having a high plunge multiplier really doesn't matter anyway with Xianyun

Xianyun is unbelievably useless to Xiao, her purpose to him is just heal which already covered by Bennett and her Plunge Buff is capped to 9000(18000 with C2) Damage lol
