  4. Ayaka is still the monster she is. I destroy everything with her. It's just that there is more option needing less brain like Hyperbloom or Neuvillette now.

    And I pulled Shenhe for the character first <3 Lucky I am that she is great with Ayaka and Melt Rosaria. =3

  5. Ayaka is so expensive to properly play her. She needs high constellations, c4 if you're able, and her sig weapon. On top of that you NEED Shenhe to boost her up. She's so expensive, it is best for f2p to skip unless you're whale.

  6. 9:18 what? I have found it to be the exaxt opposite in my play. Where if I don't want to bother learning an emeies attack patterns i just freeze them. (Concentrated beasts abyss is a good example). There are so many enemies that i just don't know the attack patterns for because freeze. I know that abyss has a lot of bosses but a well built ayaka can just nuke them. I'm just confused on how you consider a freeze unit to not be braindead

  9. I believe Genshin is starting to get to the point where old characters fall out of the meta not because they're bad or do low damage or don't work on any teams. But just because they're so old that people get bored of playing with them.

  11. Her party is soooo expensive (shenhe, kazuha, kok) to perform well meanwhile we have only 1 man unit like Neuvillette now or more flexible freeze unit like Wriothesley…
    I benched her since dendro came out anyway

  13. o.o? Ayaka still op. Fontaines enemys are so darn easy to beat with her lol
    Mine use just a perfect(means no useless substats)gladiator set and Jade Sword. Both no dupes upgrades.
    I pick alot Ayaka if I want to beat most world bosses or annoying enemys quick.

  14. I loved Ayaka when she got released. Many of us waited so long for her, but sadly she fell quite fast. I tell you don´t pull for her if you don´t plan to get Shenhe as well. I skipped Shenhe, don´t remember why, but i skipped her and the difference with and without Shenhe is enormous. My gf have Shenhe and we have around the same set stats but her Ayaka+Shenhe teams perform so much better. Same goes for Kazuha, he helps a lot and his buffs are mandatory for good Ayaka runs.

    Sure you could fit Furina into her teams BUT then you need again more ER.

    Didn´t know that the new weapon is kinda good on her. Because that was as well a downside, if you didn´t have mistsplitter there was no non 5 Star alternative which come close to her "signature" weapon. I think you made a lil mistake here. Some characters have very good alternative especialy Neuvilette. The bp catalyst is at R5 very close to his signature. Same goes for some others like Cyno.

    If you really want a Cryo dps go for Cryo Wolf Boy aka Wriothesley! He is super fun and relatively easy to play and get a real monster after C1. But still good on C0. Any Melt Ayaka is kinda wacky to play while Melt Wrio is easy and satisfaying.

    Who are the top 5 character(meta wise) in order?
    I personally think too 3 are yelan nahida and kazuha
    And who do you think is best unit in genshin overall…..is it yelan?

  16. Sure, she needs a specific team to be her optimal best, but I've found her to be one of the strongest DPS even with a crappy team, random artifacts and 4* weapon. Granted I don't have all the characters (started playing 3.5) but she is the only DPS that I was able to use to beat Spiral Abyss with crappy artifacts and lack of cons for 4* teammates. So she's nothing like Neuvi, and I'd rather use Neuvi&bloom for my two spiral teams but I actually think she carries herself well even if you don't have the best team.

    I used Ayaka, Layla, Fischl and Sucrose (because I had Kazuha on my kuki hyperbloom for aoe side of spiral) and was able to beat it (on mobile with backbone controller). I wouldn't pull for her now because freeze will not always be optimal for spiral so that sucks if she's your only 2nd team built – but if you really like her, she can be powerful even before you have her optimal build/team. I'll use her as a 3rd team option with furina (don't want to pull shenhe).

An advice from AR60 player if you are veteran or new to the game don't make a mistake of going for characters you don't actually want because they are in meta just pull who you want the most all characters are good i don't have ayaka but i am pulling for her cause I don't give a shit about what people say about her if she is still in meta or not, if there are better dps or not she is cute i always wanted her from the movement she was released and my Raiden and hu tao can clap abyss i also pulled for few characters at the beginning just for that meta and damage and THEY ARE ROTTING IN MY CHARACTER LIST I NEVER USE THEM just go for ayaka if you actually want her because of her looks or playstyle.
