We have received some fresh updates about arlecchino today, and now she’s looking like a very promising character. So according to uncle K, a reliable source in the genshin community, Arlecchino will be better than Hu tao. I will say this again, arlecchino, will be better than hu tao.

Last week when he referred to her as cyno 2.0, it didn’t feel like a 4th ranked fatui is going to be playable. I mean come on, 4th of fatui harbinger should be one of the best characters, and I’m sorry to say this, but cyno is not one of the best characters.

He said that arlecchino will not be limited to overload teams, and you can also use her in vaporize teams. The possibility of her teaming with pure pyro, overload and vaporize reaction teams, is built on the high numeral value of her kit.

And it is said that She will break all bars set by the current pyro characters, including hu tao. She also has some kind of Hp loosing and healing mechanics, like Neuvillette, Wriothesley and Lyney. And according to the source, arlecchino can clear the abyss by herself, like Neuvillette does.

I knew that she was going to be good, but bro, she’s cracked. A dps character on par with hu tao & on the same level as Neuvillette? I’m sold. And that’s not it, they also said that she can deal with multiple enemies at once, which means she might have an AoE burst.

Since she scales on attack, it was expected that we would need Bennett in our team to maximize her damage, but according to the source, Bennett is not necessary in her team, and she can work without him. About her signature weapon, they said that no one, other than arlecchino can use her signature weapon. I mean they can use it, but they won’t receive the buffs the weapon would provide, which means the weapon would be strictly designed for her only.

According to uncle K, the appearance of her weapon is dark red. It has been rumored for a long time that arlecchino would use scythe, but it’s still not confirmed, so we will have to wait for two more weeks to know that for sure.

The trigger of the weapon’s status amplification effect is similar to wriothesley’s signature weapon. But it’s still not confirmed whether the weapon would have HP stats or not. My guesses are that her signature weapon will have crit rate or crit damage main stat, and attack bonuses as sub stat, somewhat similar to staff of homa, which is hu tao’s signature weapon. But it seems like, we will have to pull for her weapon to maximize her damage, as it is specifically made for her.

Arlecchino is primarily designed to be used in team compositions utilizing either the Vaporize reaction and the Overload reaction, but now it seems that she can be used in any team. Naturally, Furina and Chevreuse are expected to be the best characters to pair with her because of the Overload & vaporize being the main focus of her kit. And Clorinde may also be an off-field Electro applicator and buffer who could synergize well with Arlecchino.

At any rate, arlecchino seems like a very promising character. And it also looks like hoyoverse wants us to break our banks for her.   12. Bruhhhh I just built my hutao 😭😭😭😭. I dont even want another pyro character but shes too good to let go.(i was also sold when i heard she removes her jacket on burst).

  13. I'm speechless. She gets better and better as each day passes. I don't think I can keep my sanity for much longer. The last time I was this excited was for Elden Ring release.

  26. At this point, I guess I'll have to skip Kazuha to have more primos for my beloved Arlechino and hopefully, her weapon as well but I rlly wish that Hoyoverse wouldn't be greedy as always and at least give us 70+ wishes total🤡

I can feel that Arlecchino is HP skill same as Neuvillete but Pyro.. we still dont have a polearm weapon that is same as Neuvillete.. 88% crit.damage on weapon as a polearm but less attack.. if they do that attack scaling then the weapon is not good to pull since we have high value 5* weapon that also good for her as an option,
    if they do that.. HP base scalling damage and a pyro is OP and I think it is fit to her since she is 4th rank in Fatui.. and also by doing that she can basically solo abyss..

  35. ngl i was hoping that she'll be 5 star XL that dehya failed to be, like we really need a pyro sub dps or Support, one that doesn't really heavy on a burst. idm if it has icd, if it attacks so much though.

  42. The title is stupid. Offcourse she needs to be better than Hu tao. She has a dps bennet with in build healing to bounch up against. A mega reaction unit like Hu Tao. AND let's not forgot she has too duke it out vs the dendro element wich is superior too all right now. If Hverse doesnt do anything to remedy this then no unit will feel fulfilling except for looks in the future.
