  1. For anyone that watched the entire video I appreciate you, also if anyone brings up serinitea pot ima be upset lol. Im sure when Inazuma drops Genshin will have a lot of stuff to do. In 5 years I'm sure Genshin will be one of the best games out there, but for right now, there isnt anything to do really.

  2. I found your channel right before you quit playing Grand Cross, so it is a bit of a bummer to lose your content for Genshin now too but I get it, not really any content there. it does seem like you play lots of games I'm into so no real loss, I'll be sticking around!

  3. I agree. They have us getting all these new characters and painstakingly build them with hard to get artifacts for abyss and its soooo lackluster. Takes me 30 mins to do abyss and i have to wait 3 weeks for next abyss. We need actual combat content, not these dumb games that most of us do only for the rewards. Why have us farm everything then make us shoot balloons anyways. Dont make any f'n sense.

  4. And this is why i will never spend a dime on games like these. Yeah the quality for sure is outstanding but if i decide to pay moving forward, then i will get less motivated to play in the future because probably all my chars would be maxed out on everything and there will be nothing to set a goal on.

Atleast with being f2p you always will build someone because of how lackluster the resin system and mora economy is.

  5. I guess I never thought of how different this game is between different people. I play the game everyday and don't get bored cause I take my time building characters. I always myself have something to do. But yeah I can see how if you have characters all built and all that it's pretty stale

  6. Look. I played ever since launch but around November or so, I somehow lost interest in the game and just quit. I came back just recently at the end of April, and it honestly made me realize that I loved this game so much, and I regret quitting for that long. But honestly, quitting for a few months is worth it. It refreshes your mindset, and it makes you appreciate the game even more. So quit if you have to, but don't drop the game completely. The game is still young, and mihoyo is still exploring creative outlets and systems. Give it some time to mature, and Im sure there will be a lot more content.

Every game gets dry at some point, some much quicker than others. That's why you quit temporarily then come back.

  9. It's alright, if you feel like quitting the game will make you feel better. Don't really need to force yourself to enjoy something that you dislike in this situation.

This game, relives us from the burden of going through, too many tedious tasks, to earn daily rewards and other useful stuff from events.
Even in terms of storyline and art illustration. Genshin' has been an enjoyable experience so far, some peeps out there don't give as much concern, but that's definitely a lot more meaningful reason to appreciate the gameplay.

Simply put, maybe it's just that, some of us like to spend a lot of time and effort on Genshin', that we begin to grow weary of this experience.

  10. Been playing since week 1 of original venti banner and the game is at most decent for me right now and that’s probably because I took a huge break and didn’t playing throughout the whole of 1.4

  11. grand cross is so stale banner after banner wack events the only thing I enjoy is pvp but grinding out the materials needed for my unit to not get destroyed is so fucking tedious because I know that in the future that unit is not gonna be viable because the meta changes to accommodate every new character that drops which is weekly so Im wasting my time basically

  12. I started following you when you were on grand cross, I definitely respect what you're saying. The effort you put into your stuff is awesome and you've become one of my favorite youtubers, play what you enjoy not what people want to see. I still play grand cross and genshin, but it's becoming more of a job than enjoyable. I've been enjoying MHA Strongest Hero thanks to your recommendation and it's definitely gonna take me away from grand cross finally since they both are mobile games. I play genshin on ps4 so it's still played daily, just for the commissions and weekly stuff.

  13. "I'm not going to play something that i don't enjoy playing" – basically the main reason for people quitting

When a game becomes a chore you know you don't enjoy it or feels like an obligation thats the time you should quit.

I quit this game because of the lack of content, boring events and bias company preferring CN players to U.S (Refer to Honkai Impact bunnygirl issue)

Honestly, it's not worth investing your time anymore. Im just waiting for Blue Protocol at this point

  14. I feel like everyone's just really fed up with how stale & stagnant Genshin has become and it's very understandable.
Even if you're a die hard fan of this game, you gotta admit it gets boring & just down right not enticing to play from time to time, it's natural.

Though with that said, I feel like I'm at the the point where I'm also questioning myself if I should quit or should I wait for new content, and tbh if you're in this state of mind as well, in my experience it's best to take a break or a long hiatus. Come back once Inazuma arrives and check how the game feels for you. If it's still entertains you then keep playing, if the game still feels like a chore after you came back from a long break, then yea I think it's time to drop it.

  15. I stopped a couple weeks ago. The last couple weeks I played felt more and more like a chore. I was forcing myself to log in and do dailies and hoping they wouldn’t be ones like talking to the kids on the boat and reporting back for the billionth time or any of the other slog quest that make you run around or climb because they aren’t close to a teleport.

I just couldn’t do it one day and haven’t opened it since.

  16. Hypostasis Symphony should have been permanent content. Being able to change the difficulty was perfect. Too easy? Increase the difficulty, too hard? Decrease the difficulty. It was the the best way to bridge the power gap since the reward for whaling in Genshin is blasting through content till boredom.
