So to sum it up:
– Opulent Dreams is the best artifact set for Noelle
– R5 Serpent Spine is still crushing it
– Redhorn can compete with R5 SS but isn’t a must-have weapon for Noelle, even at R5
How will Noelle deal 4 instances of geo damage before popping her ult? It snapshots def I believe. Or will we have to deal with charging and recasting the ult to get the full potential from the set?
Just get the weapon and test it dude.
My Noelle has almost 80% crit rate. And her crit damage is just 140% so crit damage is the only thing missing.
Correct me if I am getting it wrong, doesn’t her burst does something like snapshot. Don’t we need to hit 4times with white blind to get max defence converted to attack. I thought OD was only an okay set for her.

Has 29% critrate & 136% Crit Dmg
But for some reason she hits 34k Everytime I use her elemental burst …
And that's without other character buffs or food buffs…..

It's gonna take me another 4 battle passes to get r5 serpent spine because this pass is dedicated to getting death match for my rosaria since I got the viridencent hunt when I got tartaglia then rng gave me the polar star on the last day of the banner 🙃 so now I have viridencent hunt when I feel like building aloy but not what I want on rosaria

I still think I'll be sticking with the Bolide Shield Build. I enjoy the playstyle as it is and switching to the new set will change what I have setup.

Hi Howllzz, how do you think C6 Noelle is going to stack up vs Itto in the 3 geo Albedo/Gorou team? Of course he’ll do more damage with 5 star stats, but how big is the difference?
had saved up 9k primos in hopes of pulling only 2 more noelles and some rosarias why not just to get 4 bennets and 2 random weapons… sigh i didnt need any more bennets i was happy not pulling him
Great video as always my man! I think for the artifact set I will be sticking to my Gladiator's as its sub-stats are literally off the charts…Its not the elephant in the room but I do love the off-burst damage output on her with my Glad's, sometimes you wanna save the burst or just don't have it up for whatever reason (despite having good ER/batteries etc), that is gonna be even more significant after she gets the Redhorn Stonethresher! n__n

In the next patch we can actually make full DEF geo team around Noelle with Yunjin, Albedo and Gorou. Besides slight problems with shield uptime and Hell of farming 4 perfect geo sets it should actually work.
As a FTP myself i see real value in the redhorn claymore, because as you have show us in this video it can be build to be better than the serpent spine R5 even at R1 , the serpent spine as a battle pass weapon is not avaliable for FTP so rolling for R1 redhorn has great value for us and looks great on Noelle as a bonus.
