The 5 nations and Snezhnaya we have seen so far represent the historical enemies of the British. There is a high probability that Natlan will be inspired by Spain or one of the Latin countries. Of course, it could also be in the USA.

I have a theory to why we see no Natlan NPCs. I think that Bennett is from Natlan because of his green eyes and white hair. And i think there is a curse that if Natlanese leave the nation, they will striked with the worst bad luck ever and die. Which actually makes Bennett the luckiest of the Natlanese

couple thoughts
I think the reason there no Natlan npcs is that maybe there’s some tribal rule that says they can’t leave, but I do remember an npc in the inazuma bathhouse who said she was from natlan. we’re also going to get more info about natlan from liben this year as well. as for Murata, I think her thing is that she isn’t dead, but she has the power of resurrection, so she rebirths when she dies. not sure if this means a new archon every time she dies or if it’s the same person retaining all of their memories and experiences from their past lives in a new body, and as the god of war, that would be pretty powerful with how much war experience she’s probably had over the thousands of years she’s been “alive”.
iansan is pretty interesting too. she seems like such a random character to be shown, but as it was said in that trailer, all of the characters there respresent their nation, so she has to hold some importance. I think she’ll either be a character like how lyney and Lynette were in Fontaine, or a sort of priestess that helps murata with her resurrection. as for the tribes, they’re pretty interesting too since we haven’t seen anything like that so far. it’ll be weird seeing 6 mini countries with their own governments and figures all somehow led by murata. and I’m not even sure how il capitano will fit into all of this, but if he’s in the nation of war, things will be interesting fs
I feel like the one "resurrecting" is not the Pyro Archon/Murata, but the 3rd Descender. If you think about it, the Fatui already has ALL the Gnoses in their hands (assuming that The Tsaritsa also passed on her Gnosis to Capitano). The only one left is the Pyro Gnosis. Perhaps we'll finally see some action taken by The Heavenly Principles?
Not to mention that the Nation of War will be the perfect location to re-summon the 3rd Descender, since there will be plenty of competent warriors there if things ever go south.

I've been looking forward to videos about Natlan. I'm excited to see it from one of my favorite channels!
My guess is that CURRENTLY there is no pyro archon, but they will end up ascending somewhere at the Archon quest. Perhaps it is ressurected pyro archon, perhaps a character we get atained to as the story goes on. The pyro archon who shares knowldge may even be dead, like a kind of memory or fragment.
I still have the theory that the reason why Genshin Capitano is a "coward" (and why he wears the mask) is because he's Varka. He's not fighting Varka because they can't be both at the same place at the same time.
Maybe this is a bit of a stretch but i do think there's no pyro archon currently. My personal theory is that there may be 2 opposite bands on the war, one wanting to resurrect murata and maybe the other one trying to ascend someone else to the position of the pyro archon. Thas has been my theory for a long time now, but you really present an interesting case here.
Other than that, i'm genuinely looking forward to the gnosis related part of the story of natlan. I can't keep off my head that last bit of the sumeru archon quest, where Nahida threatened to destroy her own gnosis to awaken the heavenly principles (although admittedly, we don't know if she was just bluffing to avoid confronting Dottore directly), knowing this is the last gnosis the fatui need to gather them all and this being the nation of war, this would be quite the moment for something to happen to the gnosis 👀
Edit cause i forgot to mention lol: I do think there WILL be a pyro archon, hence the resurrection part, just for the same reason you mentioned, the archons are some of if not the most high revenue banners in the game and there's no way hoyo will pass on that, i only theoryze there's no one occupying the position as of now

I saw a video from abd illustrats on natlan wich proposed that the pyro archon title (murata) gets passed down and that the actual archon changes frequently, wich would explain how murata exits for thousands of years, but the pyro hypostasis (another theory wich connects hypostasis and archons: old archon=withered hypostasis , new archon= new looking hypostasis) looks new without any imperfections.
i think they should do this, himeko from honkai impact 3rd is not dead she was reborn in this reality,she lost her memory and she has only glimses of her past life, she got to teyvat though the sea of quanta and maybe she is a descended, just dreaming
