  1. I love Genshin so much, it helps with my anxiety. But it was never meant to be my main game. I was burnt out on it for a while and it felt like an actual job! Sometimes taking a break helps and it made me personally fall in love with the game all over! 🖤

  2. I just cbf doing the same domains over and over or a mission that has me skipping thru trying dialog (Archon and character quest being the exception, once per patch if that)
At this point I dont even think the welkin is worth

After not interacting with the game for 2 patches I came back and did 2-3 quests and was basically done…

  3. Valk bro yes! Talk about it! I started final fantasy 14 online. It’s been my wallet SAVIOR! it’s literally just gambling. And you don’t win money lol. Thousands of hours of content in a game. Genshin is charging a multi for that price. Let’s be honest for once.

  4. Also I got Zhongli & Homa to finish my geo team w all BIS weapons. I won’t be summoning for a long time. I have Kokomi so I don’t NEED to summon at all so I hope the other areas keep me entertained after Zhongli is built lol

  5. Valk I need to point out something your doing just incase you not noticing. I came to find out if your still playing and why is it being questioned…now I’m watching you roll artifacts…you did it seamlessly, that was good. Very very good

  6. dam i remember the first day I played valheim when I realize suddenly it was 4 am and I had been paying for almost 12 hours strait and I had to give a lecture to my students at 8 am

  7. I took a break during the free xinyan event and free albedo weapon missed both. Definitely let’s you come back fresh. This patch I’ve been having fun with the co-op boss surprisingly enough. There’s no rewards or anything but if I get into a low AR world I can use characters I would never use and they feel cracked. I think f2p you can play 15 minutes a day just do the dailys maybe do some domains. I also purchased a controller because I usually play on iPad, so it’s interesting to suck at the game again just from changing a little thing

  8. I am at that same point. My welkin ran out and it felt like a weight off my shoulders cuz I can take a break now. I've been playing alot of phone games like Bleach Brave souls, and Dragonball Legends. It's been really nice. I got my favorite units from both and been able to scratch that itch for pulling and grinding that Genshin just doesn't allow. I can farm multiple 10pulls in one day in both Bleach and Legends.

  9. Playing the same game with your siblings is such goodness. For me, last time we did that consistely was when me and my older brother were 10 and 12 . We grew apart in gaming preference and now the only thing that connects us game wise is gacha games , but not the same ones. But we spend time in the gym together, and thats just as important, or even moreso.

  10. Totally felt this. I was a console gamer until december last year. I've been so hype to play Genshin. Sadly after a few weeks I've cleared most of the content and am basically only logging in to use resin IF I want to, but mostly I do the events and log back out 😭. Finding games to play in between is a must imo. I didn't expect to run through the content so quickly and now the game that drew me in has little to offer.

  11. recently ive only been logging in to get the rest of my last welkin i bought and the weekly login event. i just haven't had the desire to spend resin or even do lantern rite, which is sad because i love lantern rite. i've also been busy with dealing with a more active social life, school, etc. i'm the same way with not necessarily quitting but moreso just taking a break for a bit, there's just not a whole lot to do right now and i'd rather do other things at the moment. nonetheless, i hope you and everyone on stream has been doing well :))

  12. Streaming genshin is something I’ll never understand. After 15 minutes most days I have done anything worthwhile. I might start making videos on here again talking about the game for fun but streaming this game was one of the worst experiences I had streaming. Best games to stream so far for me have been games that encourage co-op heavily.

  14. I’m in the same boat but as a gacha ver I treat genshin like a gacha , since I notice very early no point in rushing since there no leaders board ranking , shoot u don’t even need to roll for charas past raiden lol genshin to me is like the Mona Lisa why are u beutiful yet u do nothing (combat gameplay wise) since it’s low maintenance I can keep up with it

  15. It's funny that many players say they take a break from playing then found it enjoying again while I when I do it, nothing has changed. Still the same boring gameplay of 10-15 minute gameplay of dailies. Yeah you could argue the story quests but after finishng those, there's nothing.

  16. I took a 5 months break and gave away my account to my little sister and that account had everything! Just recently started playing again on a. EW account and got my love for the game again! Bit I was tired of the game before

  17. Taking break is a must imo. Anyways, hi Valk! You prolly don’t remember me but I used to watch your videos a lot last year, hahah. I took quite a long break and only started back around end of Dec. I feel great coming back and recently I pulled Ganyu so I’m having fun trying her out in world team. Plus, Enkanomiya has so many quests so it doesn’t feel as dry.
