Actually they are "make use" of traveler to collect all the missing records for them so they just ignore traveler action for now. imagine going to Celestia library to find the records of 'truths'. actually the greater lord becomes part of the forbidden knowledge. so if any Tevyat person get contact with the forbidden knowledge, the Tevyat person will be corrupted since he shouldn't know existence of greater lord in his or her time.
