Me who used lvl80 Lumine and lvl50 Barbara to do that chasm quest with Yelan and Itto and used Amber with Xiangling to fight that cryo plant thingy: "pathetic"
Personally, i love qiqi. She was my first friendship 10 character. Ive built her dps and healer before and she does amazing. Currently without ocean hued clam, she does 5k heals per tick of her e. 😊
Amber is only used for lighting the fire for me in dragonspire because if I used xialing teddy it sometimes used it's flames somewhere instead of lighting
People don't really hate Qiqi; they hate how she makes them lose the 50/50. She's quite useful, tbh. But imagine having C6 Qiqi and then losing the 50/50 to her. Think of all those wasted primos. As for the traveler, I don't think people hate the traveler just by seeing how people don't use them a lot. We only have 4 slots max and people want to utilize it for better skills. People don't like Barbara's and Amber's skills. It's very restricting considering the countless creative ways the mobs attack you. (Plus, Barbara and Amber always somehow manage to get knocked back even after dodging or they sprint too late–at least that's how it is in my case. Kaeya and Traveler fare well better in that department.) It's fun to challenge yourself with them though, and people actually do that all the time, myself included. But if you wanna just progress first, you use characters that better suit your needs.
qiqi was my first character and i had her in my team until my 2nd 5 star character wanderer came and replaced her with him. She always healed my team when needed
