If you notice with Honkai. Hoyoverse doesn't make stories with blatant concepts like Evil and Good people. They are all shades of grey, even the traveler themselves. In genshin, they are not just fighting for the sake of good they are trying to find their sibling and that's what matters. That is also true with other hoyoverse games like genshin and tears of themis

You seem to be VERY confused about visions. They are simply a glass ball looking thing that let's you use elemental powers. Literally every playable character has a vision. You are given a vision by Celestia under certain circumstances, essentially earning the right to use elemental powers.
