my guess is that after mastering the art of enhanced humans (katherine & delusions) & the knowledge gained with scaramouche body, the wise doctor whent on to craft a artificial god which could be Sandrone, the puppet.
it would explain why sandrone is lower in the hierarchy even if his power-levels are equal to that of a god and finnaly give sustance to the harbingers job of taking all gnosis, since once they reach archons that are not depressed like the ones we saw so far we will inevitably see archons that are very much against losing theirs gnosis, so having something or someone who can face a archon in battle without having to call the tzaritsa herself is kinda needed.

Don't worry, Otto has a different eye color to Dainsleif, I mean saying that two people are the same cause they have a similar hair color is like saying Aether is a young version of Dainsleif, Also Otto is more a scientist than a fighter, granted in the Honkai universe a lot of the people who have PhDs have physically fought gods before and came out on top, including the possible Pyro Archon parallel.

I used to be part of a theatre company (I'm from Italy) that heavily drew from commedia dell'arte, it makes me so happy to see it referenced in a game like Genshin!

Assuming u read the manga ( the begining of chapter 13), following the black fire incident where two of the fatus diplomats were killed, is obviously the fatui sending someone that apparently looks like they were from sumeru (assumption made by looking at their cloths) , they referred to themselves as "guests from afar" , I think that was arlecchino himself . when i saw their figure i immediately recognized it from a previous chapter. it first appeared as A dark silhouette figure from when collei (the girl with green hair ) had a flashback or smthn about the time she was being manipulated and experimented on by the fatui. i didnt know arlecchino had an orphanage for abandoned children tho so when you mentioned that he was some tricky dude + the world quest which i forgot about tbh + the last pages of chapter 13 my mind was blown.

The next harbingers that we'll see are supposedly Arlecchino and Columbina. They were referred to as Scaramouche's superiors so whether both of them will be higher than 6 will be interesting, though I do personally think Arlecchino is one of the lower ranks. It's also somewhat safe to assume that we're going anti-clockwise on the constellation wheel considering Columbina's constellation is very close to scaramouche's with (presumably) arrlecchino's constellation appearing between the two (the claw with a flame on top).

If I remembered correctly, the Fatui in front of Mondstadt City's Waypoint talked about the possibility of Signora being replaced so maybe Brighella still have a possibility of being a new Harbinger? Of course, it could also be possible for the new replacement to have the same title as Rosalyne, like some sort of inheritance. However, wouldn't that mean the replacement will be the 11th Fatui Harbinger since the rank is decided by seniority. Unless the seniority is not the time they achieve the rank of the Harbinger, but the time when they joined the Fatui. So it might be possible for the replacement to have a higher rank than Childe if said person joined the Fatui earlier than Childe.

Since Signora is dead and Scaramouche went rogue they're most likely going to reveal atleast 2 harbingers in Sumeru since Signora usually took the role of the main villain who is collecting the gnoses but with her death someone else is going to replace her and is very unlikely for Childe to take Signora's role of mastermind since he is very straightforward. With Scaramouche on the hunt sending multiple harbingers to go after him are very likely since its impossible for Childe to handle him alone. The harbingers in Sumeru that we most likely meet are Arlecchino and Dottore. The unknown harbinger(Columbina) might appear as well since she is a female harbinger as well that could replace Signora. We also know based on the commedia dellarte Columbina and Arlecchino are lovers so they are also very likely to appear as a couple.

If Scara's story really finished at sumeru there is a high chance that kazuha and possibly other inazuman characters would appear there as well, as the irodori festival hints.
Btw, as far as memory concerned other than reconciled stars the irodori festival is one of the only events that hint on something that will come in an archon quest in the near future which is pretty interesting.
It would be nice to have a different perspective on Khaenriah from Pierro, everyone seems to make them out to be victims but there's a lot of ruin guards lying around in the strangest places, so maybe Pierro will be the one to give the unfiltered truth about what happened and what they were up too.
I haven't seen anything that disproves this yet so until we see more of the harbingers, I'm going to wonder if that Inspector from the Genshin manga is one of them (or at least working with them). We don't see his face and the panel gives us a very clear look at the blue ring on his finger, as if that might be a give away for anyone who read it. Plus I don't think it was mentioned why he was spying on the knights of Favonius or who he was working for, it would definitely be an interesting twist and a way to get Diluc involved outside of Mondstadt assuming we meet him in a different nation.

4:40 Bro, I feel he’s going to be off of Kallen Kaslana. I stand by this point cause of how THEY BOTH HAVE A BIRD MASK, and Kallen in lore is known for doing whatever tf she wants if she thinks its the right thing to do. Even if its being seen as a traitor.
Also like look at Sixth Serenade. She even knew what she was doing was fucking stupid when questioned by Otto. Going “if no one is going to do a thing about it because they’re scared. Then I’ll happily do it.” Or something off those lines, its been awhile since I’ve read the comic. She’s one of my favorite characters in HI3.

Obviously they're not going to do single fatui harbingers per region. Its likely we'll see double or triple harbingers. Unless a harbinger becomes relevant after we're done with the seven nations, which is unlikely. Or we get a harbinger who has like 80% of theier interactions in events and leaves room in the main story for other harbingers which also feels unlikely.
Il Dottore is most likely going to show up in sumeru.
We might expect to see pantalone there as well because in the commedia they are foils to each other.
If not pantalone then maybe il capitano since we met some fatui in the chasm who worked for him. That could have been a hint to his upcoming appearance. Also dottore thinks vision holders think they're better than others (or atleast normal humans) and capitano talks about himself as if he is better than everyone

Dottore is a psychopath but he's such a cool crazy character, horrifying to say the least….. I want him 😅. Mostly because because of his strange face and mask
lmao I just assumed Capitano was the ninth harbinger cause the fatui in the quest said they were from the Ninth Company, but it's nice to see an actual compelling argument for it instead of my silly explanation
