It kinda feel logic to me that Baal can "cut" reality cause like other characters, some of her caracteristics are based on an Honkai Impact charcter. In this case, Baal is based on the Herrscher of Thunder who can "cut" reality too. Btw I think their Japanese va are the same…

At the end of video there is Statue with wing and each wing has gemstone (maybe vision) but the 1st and 2nd top has different colour on right and left side, also there is no anemo/cryo or pyro what does it mean?

Baal and Scaramouche may be siblings–
I believe scaramouche may be Bael's son. Obviously I base this on his similar looks to Bael's. Also, I looked back at some of my old records and I didn't see a vision of any kind on his person. I only say the symbol of the Electro archon on different parts of his outfit. Scaramouche may be the first character who is the child of an archon in Genshin.
I wonder if he's the reason why she has declared the vision hunt decree. She may not want to her son, or any other electro vision wielder, to end up in her position as an archon.

In my opinion Raiden summoning her sword does not equate to her still having her Gnosis.
Much like how Venti can still summon his harp to call Dvalin in Midsummer Islands event (already no Gnosis)
And Zhongli sealing Azhdaha during the 1.5 Azhdaha quest (already no Gnosis)
They still have their powers, they cannot lose it, even without a Gnosis.
A Gnosis could entail an even greater power for Archons, and at the moment, that power is granting Visions to worthy individuals.

i have been waiting for scaramouche since unreconciled stars oh lord he better be playable :'))
Baal design is completed based in Mei from Honkai Impact. We don't know which will be her name as playable character since both Venti and Zhongli aren't using their real name. I think that her playable character name will be Mei, but she will take that name after defeating her.
I have a theory that Kazuha's friend who challenges Baal and ends up being killed by her ultimate is not actually dead, but has been sent to this other realm that she can control. Because in Kazuhas lore video, he makes it sound like he rushed off without making 100% sure what happened to his friend, saying something like "I wonder what his face was like at that moment, but instead I ran", or something. There's another bit of lore text somewhere saying the dead vision glimmered at one point as if to help Kazuha, which could be his friend trying to do so being stuck where he is.. Some food for thought!
If Scaramouche is from Inazuma then he would be the first future playable Inazuma character we meet. I think if we use the weapon logic it should be which region character we play first. Also Mona is from Fontaine but Mihoyo currently recognizes her "region" as Mondstadt, so we haven't had any playable Fontaine character yet that's recognized to be 'belonging' to the region.
