I totally dislike pvp so I’m glad there is nothing to offer as a reward in pvp because it’s annoying but it’s there for some sweat fuck to play it so cool I guess for them
My copium is that they said the promotional stuff will slowly and gradually be released, so perhaps we will get some extra, unannounced anniversary rewards. I'm kinda blank to it tho, if they don't pull thru with the rewards, I won't really care at all. Nilou is all I want and the 20 wishes is nice to have
For the anniversary, I'm fairly sure they mentioned in the livestream that they would make additional announcement on it at a later date.

While the rewards are low in comparison to other games I also think one ten pull in genshin is more valuable than in other games. You can get a four star character or a weapon guarantee within 10 wishes and there's a high chance it improves your account as a whole (constellations for xingqui xiangling beidou etc or sac sword refinements) and to get that amount of value in other games it would take 50-60 pulls or their signature weapons hence those games give out that much rewards. If you get a character in 10 or 20 reward pulls in genshin you can make use of that character immediately. You don't need a specific signature weapon or other gear.
The card game could remain rewardless since there will be community tournaments that can be organised. Streamers could even get together to host tournaments within themselves or for their communities which will be fun. However the TCG mode has to support cross server play or it'll be a complete waste.
Edit: I'm not defending hoyoverse or being a shill. It's just the logical conclusion I came to.

Glad there is no reward for pvp card game. Seen several pvp gactha where people disconnect as soon as they realize when they are about to lose, or find any other glitch or make glitch. So no, its a good decision
