  1. I swear to god or the seven archons or whatever but Kuro Games showing screenshots of playing Genshin and Hoyoverse showing Screenshot playing Wuthering has to be their way to tell their own players to grow the fuck up and that they don't have any problems with each other so it's only the playerbases which is hilarious.

  2. "Genshin Impact is a children's game" Alright "big man" you just admitted that WW is a children's game as well cause 90% of it is Genshin Impact stuff with altered names and graphics. That's why when I started playing WW everything seemed more than familiar.

  3. I think you are a bit over talked a bit, but that makes you you. πŸ˜…
But for the most part you are right!
The problem is, that WuWa also starting with a littel undertuned story. It could have been a realy good start but right now it's just ok… the story is there, but not the hit I waited for.
We (or the reasonable part of the gamers) can understand restrictions in CN games. Ok, then they still could write exciting and intresting story lines. But it happend to be realy weak. Like Jiyan story quest: they wanted it to be touching, but in the end it's just there. No connection with Jiyan team members, no faces, no names… it was nothing.
As from a book/story perspective the main character wasn't able to know better the important character in the quest.
And I colud point out a lot more mistakes in the story but it would be too long.
They still can fix this story in the next path without any problem. And without any adult content or gore things. Just make the story more intresting and exciting. That's all.

  4. I realized genshin was for children when paimon tells you what you JUST HEARD seconds ago like its Dora or Blues Clues. Also when that black screen with white text pops up and stays for 20+ seconds when any adult with a functioning brain can read it 2 seconds. WuWa should not have copied that tbh

  5. I dont understand why it matters which game is more "mature." I feel like the only reason people even point out a game being "childish" is 100% to belittle the people who play it. 90% of the time you talk about Genshin, it just sounds like your bitter about the game.

  6. Genshin Impact is just a game for casual players and played in really relaxing manners, So i think this game is for 7+ above and could be meant for kids so i am 100% agree with Tectone

  7. Hey tectone, just wanna let you know your videos are so entertaining. All these dramas and people attacking you are so stupid and it’s hilarious seeing you talk and rant about it, I think you’ve also help me overcome my situation with my own haters πŸ˜‚ keep up the work, and don’t take these fools seriously.

  8. Knowing Mihoyo from their GGZ and early Honkai Impact days, Genshin was almost definitely not made for kids originally. But they probably had to tone things down due to their increasing popularity getting the attention of the CCP. I mean, look at the characters who got "new outfits" from censorship. You don't design characters like that if it's intended for kids, and even that is relatively tame compared to what they've done in the past. Hoyo likes making attractive women. If it were up to them, most of the characters would probably have half as much clothing as they currently do, lmfao.

But once they were forced to tone it down anyway, and with such a big, casual audience, they probably just said "eff it" and rolled with it and decided to go full casual and let the money flow in while doing the bare minimum.

  9. I must agree to this statement made. I am a very casual player and a low spender, and I have trouble clearing the spiral abyss beyond 11-3 my best record was 31* and ever since then I have ignored the fact that the floor 12 exists. I was one of the day one players in Genshin and I loved this game for being a free copy of legend of zelda, although it had different mechanics compared to LoZ, I was also new to the Gacha system of 'open world games". I had played gacha games like db legends, dokkan battle and naruto ultimate ninja blazing, but the whole new theme genshin brought was certainly new and not fitting for me. I cannot play this game everyday because of my day to day life. I log in once in few months after a new region is released, and spend a while traversing through that map for primos so that I can wish for my very niche but characters I love to use. I have very few 5*'s as well. I only have 4 dps where 1 was a lucky mistake. Xiao, Hu Tao(c1) Cyno Ayaka. I have Zhongli, Venti, Nahida and Xianyun only as support 5*. Where Nahida and Xianyun where lucky mistakes, i was making random pulls and I pulled 3 extra characters I didnt actually want, but I still love them because they turned out to be a good pair for the characters I love. I have lost 5 50 50s in total which made me quit game at certain times because who ever uses a qiqi, let alone getting her 2 times. Got a Diluc and c1 Jean as well, where I wished for diluc spending primos in the standard banner back in early days and ended with a Jean as my first ever 5 star. Disregarding my rant, the roster I have is limited, so I use 4* options alot. I have 2 limited weapons, SoH and EG, which I use for Hu Tao and Xiao respectively. Yes I matched the EG for Xiao because its cool. And thats also fun because I can burst in the overworld quite a lot. I lost for Raiden, Yelan and Yoimiya and got Diluc Qiqi and Jean. My time playing the game is definitely low compared to whales and the enthusiats. BUT! I completed the whole fontaine map, just to farm every corner of primo i can for the Raiden shogun, Because it was so much FUN to explore Fontaine! I hated Sumeru desert quests and travelling around cliffs like the chasm, getting struck with electro something that keeps on taking away my hp because I visited an electro manifested area. And I had my friend unlock teleports for me in Sumeru because oI felt so weird to play in that region. I am not hating its design as a whole but rather stating the fact its not for me, but Fontaine was completely different. I had QUALITY TIME, ENJOYED EVERYTHING THE GAME HAD TO OFFER, and also engaged me with the story again. I started genshin just for the open world first, after meeting dain i was invested to the story and I must say Inazuma and Sumeru were an OK progression, but Fontaine was a whole another level. Meropide fortress was actually a pain to overcome for me, HOWEVER.. The lore of the Duke of the Fortress hyped me so much I started to love Fontaine even more. If Natlan is fun like Fontaine I will wipe the whole map when I will have the time to do so.

If you want more casual POV from my side I will be uploading videos on that in my channel so do check out in the near future. If anyone is interested, hit me a subscribe or leave a like to this comment, I will be more motivated to explain my thoughts with a good structure. Thanks for reading.

  10. I wouldnt consider Genshin concretely a kids game. I just think its a combination of Chinese censorship + Their demogrpahic and market being appealing to EVERYONE. Adults and kids. The lore, like said before, is dark and deep but can be easily passed up by kids. But looking at the literal design choices of the characters themselves, its also very obviously designed for teens and adults. The females have suggestive outfits, the males (well sort of dissapointing) also appeal. They target (otakus), anime lovers and just a million different things. Its not a baby game for losers as TecTone said. Its for everyone

  11. baby game has massive target audience so it doesnt really matter as long as who makes the most money wins haha. wuwa is just for those battle maniacs. combat is actually pretty simple too. just look for them patterns and you are good to go

  12. I play Genshin. Not because i hope for Content made for Adults. I do not want to play a challenging Game. I just want to walk around the bright world and collect some chests to fill my addiction on pulling in Gacha Games and have something to do for some time after i get back from work. I do not need a good/interesting for Aduldts/Dark Story, because i do not give a single shit about the Story. If there was a Skip button, maybe my Keyboard und Mouse wouldnt suffer that much from spamming "Spacebar", "f" and click on my Mouse even tho it does not change anything. Once in a while there is a nice cinematic view in the Game and thats it for me. I just want something chill and there it is. I can use 3 Archons (Nahida, Baal and Zhongli) and beat almost everything in the Game without looking on the screen or whilst being distractet by wathing Tectone Vids.

I like your Videos. Thanks alot! Im trying out wuthering Waves but maybe as u might think i do not want to dig my self into anothergame in wich i have to "learn" everything from the beginning.

  13. Teccy YOU ARE WRONG, there i said it (mostly cuz i want to see how someone can force me to listen to paimon for 12h but details) +genshin is made for kids AND adults that actualy like to get deep into the story. I do agree that the events are mostly made for kids and the gameplay is so hard that a braindamaged monkey can do with enough time invested BUT the story of gensin if you bother to actualy read everything (even the boring things) is actualy pretty dark behind the sparkly front thats presented if you just speedrun everything. And honestly even tho its intended to appear as a kids game as you say im decently sure the ending of the story will have plenty of messed up sh*t that arent as easily hidden as most things so far.

  14. Children suitable game is not a children's game. Gacha games primary target are the ones with money, making it family friendly and non gamer friendly is just another way to reach the widest audience. Genshin is a game for non/less gamers, not kids.

So designing a game to be playable by children and designing a game for children isn't the same. Paimon is there for adhd kids yes, but the opposite doesn't make sense, if the game was for kids then there just wouldn't be any logical and well structured story/lore. Children would never be able to tell how complex a game like Genshin Impact so why would anybody bother to do a complex game if it's for kids. It takes 3 mins to go check the kid games in app stores to see what's tailor designed for kids.
