You WILL Run Out Of Content (Sooner or Later) – Genshin Impact

💬 In this video I talk about why most people will run out of content sometime, and why this is normal for a game like Genshin Impact.
But of course, more content wouldn’t be bad.

❓ Frequently Asked Question:
Q: Why is your name F2P Diluc if you’re not F2P?
A: My name is F2P Diluc because I’ve already beaten all the content in the game when I was F2P. Now I buy the Battle Pass and Welkin Moon because the resources help a lot to build more characters and make more videos.

  1. if the artifact system was better i would love to farm
but farming is useless because other than abyss thers no need to max your character
a repetable challange would be nice
even relaxing content like fishing or other stuff

  2. If you're f2p you will never run out of content coz gacha addiction is real man sometimes I just farm primos to wish , and as F2p prime goal is to get every character which can take months and years so it's not ending soon

  3. They have to design a hard co-op content with some reward (not primogems, maybe something to make your artifacts better), so hard that there has to be a role assign to 4 player like a tank, long-range, dps, need a consistent healer to carry, shield mechanics that apply to whole party. Have a look at Monster Hunter series, co-op of 4 people, hard content, mixing it with classic MMO role that i said earlier. !!

  4. completely fine with that, m a completionist. i buy every character and they are all max level and i do every single achievements (411 ach as of 2.0). i cook every dish. the thing that brings me joy is knowing ive completed all the content, and all i have left is just to get my character stronger

  5. everyone: *pouring passionate comment
    me: Same bro.

Think the "First Time" meme would work here. Nevertheless, thanks guys (and miHoYo) for filling this pandemic with much joy and content 😀

  6. Play destiny 2 that game literaly has no content, and when it does its buggy as hell and they just disable everything. Genshin funny enough is significantly better than what was a triple a game…

  8. Personally I like to do random stuff with my friends on Co-op like kinda of race and stuff like that when we are out of resin, or work on the teapot but I really think they should add more multiplayer activities permanently cause well, playing with your friends is fun, nice video about the topic 😀

  9. Yeah genshin really needs some repeatable content, I love the game and tbh the last few updates have been lit. But running out of content and literally having nothing to do in a game you love just hurts.

  10. Thats why they split inazuma into 2 parts and have quests that requires time(like the tatara tales)
To me, if you rush the game, its your fault and u cant really complain
As a relatively hardcore player, i dont blame mihoyo at all, at least they have events all the time and try to have more player retention.

  11. It seems to me that if Mihoyo wants to maintain its revenue stream, it has to understand who the main spenders are in the game, and satisfy them, first and foremost.
For example, if Genshin is "supposed" to be played as a casual game, and yet whales turn out to be mainly hardcore players, I'd expect Mihoyo to start shifting towards providing the end game content they want. And if the main revenue is coming from casual players, then I expect the game to not change much.

  12. I think it has quite alot of content, you could prob grinde for 5 months everyday to get ar 55 and have nearly maxed caracters in your team (good artifacts) There is alot of future potential whit the game.

  13. Genshin should add like the hide and seek as a coop feature like the ball game in inazuma or there could be like a coop quest in coop mode

  15. For me I feel there's a different problem. It's in-between Pokémon and traditional MMOs. You have your team and your team comp. People who started from the beginning probably have had a different experience. But I'm dazed at what to get and how to roll. There's a lot of content and I'm not sure what do do with all of it. The game thrives off of routine and daylys. That's a very hard mmo to do. While the main gameplay is not deep enough for this same hardcore mmo crowd. The game is less punishing for characters but every consequtive character is better than the last. The issue with this new and improved gameplay and creativity in characters and story is that it takes a while to get there. A second spiral abiss like dungeon would probably help somewhat. Or weekly raid bosses for primos. The fact stays that there is too much content that feels like a mountain to new players and that once you reached its peak is lonely because the way to get there was hard enough.

  16. Mihoyo been trying hard to find where does their fanbase come from, there's a portion of the fanbase comes from Competitive games, MMORPG games, some from gacha, some from open world gamers,BOTW fans and for the most part they know what their fanbase is, but it's still hard and I think we should made a cognitive effort to recognize their struggles and efforts. Genshin Impact is very different than any generic game as far as I know and that reflects it's own shares of difficulties to deal with

  17. I agree this game was designed for casual players. There is a saying ''everything is better in moderation''
I have played some games with soooo much content, but no one was happy. The hardcore always find a way to complete everything and start to complain about lack of content. And the casuals complain about feeling ''burned out''/exhausted from ''having'' to play so much to get event rewards and stuff.
Its not possible to have infinite content so its just about people needing to work on themselves and selfcontrol. Game is not designed to be played 12 hours a day. Because people are supposed to go to school, study, work, spend time outside, spend time with family, friends, etc. If game offer endless content, they may face legal consequences. Some hardcore people have died in the past and some games started sending notice while you play or during loading screen to ''take a pause/rest''. Its normal developpers don't want to encourage addiction behaviour (except loot box addiction haha) and I think thats why many games have a stamina system to prevent you from playing too much. People hate it but at the same time, its because it exist that tomorrow they can play the game again. Otherwise people will play the game for 48 hours straight and complete it and have nothing to do. People are never happy.
I play this game since the beginning. My account is AR56 and I never run out of content. I never finished Monsdath or Liyue. I have many quests and chests to do. My exploration is 60% of the map. I just like to take my time and enjoy it. Often times I begin a mission and become distracted by a flower, then apple, then I climb a mountain, look at the water, and I forget about my mission I was doing.
its been 1 week or 2 week since Inazuma arrived, and I am still exploring the first island. I walk past world quest and don't do them. My 1st priority is just walk around and enjoy it. I can do the quest later. If I do everything now, I won't have anything left to do. People need to understand this. Learn self control and take your time. People complain about low resin but they use condensed resin… If you want to be able to play more, then don't craft condensed resin! You can play 2x longer. 8 domains instead of 4. Just because you can do it, doesn't mean you SHOULD. Don't use your team to beat the domain, use bad artefacts only or low level characters. Give yourself a challenge. The tools are all in the game, you just need to create your own content with it

  18. I wonder what’s going to happen to the game once all the regions have finally come out and the story arch is finished…

will there still be new people? Maybe some smaller areas like dragon spine and the chasm? Maybe some coop thing only accessible to those at endgame. Hopefully they add something to celebrate the end of the game. Mihoyo will eventually stop working on genshin some day, or stop adding new characters. The rest of the banners would probably be reruns in order of when the characters released.

After genshin ends they would probably make a new game similar to genshin but with differences too. Or maybe add a part 2
