To me, Pierro is going on a revenge hunt against celestia and the tsaritsa has joined him not the other way around.

So Pierro is working with the Tsarista to take on and defeat Celestia but he harbors hatred, being a potential survivor of Kha’r(SORRY I’VE FORGOTTEN), and has his own ambition in line with these to achieve it.
Going with that flow, isnt it safe to assume that he might betray the Tsarista given that so far, each Archon has made a terrible mistake against the mortals of Tevyat in their involuntary yet own way and given how the Fatui have been poisoning and utilizing the nations socio-economic status to their advantage. Pierro May potentially harbor more hatred for the gods than Dainsleff even

With every patch, expansion and event I'm more certain that the archons and Celestia are two different things. The archons being gods is the confusing part, think of them as lesser gods who work for the mayor gods (Celestians) that's why Venti and Zhongli don't want to talk about them nor the Khaenriah topic and Ei cut ties with them after the war and death of Baal.
Is logic to think that Pierro being a Khaenriahn survivor wants to get revenge with Celestia, and if the Tsarisza welcomed him and even gave him a Delusion, then the cryo archon is preparing her way to a war with Celestia. Ei quest have us a huge hint, she cut ties with a Celestia and she's still the Electro archon or maybe there's no Electro archon right now, either way there's no consequences of cutting ties with them.
I think the first harbinger was Tsaritsa's lover who died in Khaenri'ah, that's way she's against Celestia

Is there any definitive evidence that Dainsleif isn't Pierro? I looked it up after noticing the superficial similarities, but all I saw were people blasting the theory. Didn't see anything confirming they're separate – and how many immortal masked people can be running around the nations outside of the Fatui?
Remembering that if he's working for/with the Tsaritsa, then he's still acting against the gods as a whole
What if Thoma is in the bloodline of rostam or signora
Dainsleif was also the one who saved the princess of Sal Vindagynr and is now a fatui harbinger

And also if you watched the teyvat chapter storyline, Dainsleif said we will fight him at the end of this journey if we're worthy enough to save our twin
Even if it will take a long time, I'm excited to see Pierro
