Gor the team, maybe consider substituting Yelan for Zhongli, since Zhongli's shield offers anemo res decrease to enemies, also helps with Xiao's jumps getting interrupted!
I found it most useful for xiao to do a basic inbetween plunges and not jump too high so you can get an extra plunge in

Im honestly confused atm..im not really into xiaos new set because it depends on when ur health going down right? I farmed it for weeks and I have a 4 pc for him but I dont know..I use him with Benny and once I get c4 Jean im gonna use her too. I don’t know for sure but does the 4c passive still work even if xiaos getting healed? I also have a great 2pc + 2pc set for him so its not problem for me to switch
I'm trying to get the jade spear for xiao but all I get is Skywards. I now have the full skyward set, a wgs and an unforged. still waiting for the day I get a good 5 star weapon.
my xiao still does like 69k plunges with benny burst, yanfei ttds and zhongli though, he's equipped with a blackcliff, 2pc vv and 2pc glad.
I don’t have the vermilion set on him cuz my luck is trash but I neared that it only gives a 10% increase and I feel like the 2p vv and 2p atk% can be better especially if you don’t have good stats on the vermillion
Personally, I use Jade Spear on Hu Tao, cuz my crit ratio would otherwise suck. And neither do I have time to farm shimenawa for her

After i get Kazuah ill be able to start thinking about summoning on weapon banners. Playing for a yr and only having 2 5 star weapons feels lame also having one of them being skayward pride. I may build beidou just for the weapon. My other is wolfs and yes diluc is still being used. Good luck everyone.

Running Xaio with echos of offering with the jade spear because the atk speed is so high and that way you can run him with Yelan and Raiden and jump to dodge attacks it's very satisfying
I also got xiao's weapon, but im not upset, since yelan already has elegy. My xiao has had blackliff ever since, i got him on on his first banner, and now he finally got jade lol. I'm not using him in abyss rn, but i've been thinking of farming the chasm domain for him:)

Pogo stick short king really likes his atk% subs on artifacts, with PJS' high base attack he likes them even more. It's why I like him so much, he can easily do up to 40k plunges on his own without any supports with the right stats.
i made a reroll account yesterday and while i was at the top of stormterrors lair getting the anemoculous i decided to do a roll cause i was feeling cheeky ig. i ended up getting xiao my first roll ever, and it was only a single pull. i wanted xiao and now im gonna leave my account with hu tao, childe, qiqi, and jean sadly.
Xiao can proc yelans arrows by tapping n1 and animation canceling with jump. But xiao can't proc xingqui rain arrow by doing the same thing.

xiao main over here!! his optimal attack sequence when against a single enemy is plunge -> na -> ca -> plunge!! as for his e's its preferable once the animation stops you immediately switch to his burst so that he already has the particles halfway through the burst animation. for multiple enemies, just a plunge -> na -> plunge is good.
for pjws stacks, playing normally will oftentimes get you the stacks naturally but i find it best doing 3-4 na then the two skills followed by the burst for the plunge combo i mentioned in the previous paragraph

200/70 is the classic if u have jade spear…
Although Yelans 50% dmg bonus is nice, it is not that valuable on Xiao as it would be to other characters, as his burst provides him a huge dmg bonus, and as we know, when a single stat is stacked too much it gives diminishing returns. Although it is nice that Yelans’s burst triggers on the first hit of Xiao’s first auto, so you can interweave it into his plunges.
But Zhonglis anemo shred is probably more useful, as there aren’t as many ways to shred anemo.

the best way to use xiao with jade spear is to n1, jump, plunge, over and over so you can keep consistent stacks
you can squeeze 1 normal attack between plunges so i personally like yelan with him

I think litlie spear meant more for shenhe than jade spear imo
if you do a burst dps zhongli jade spear is pretty good because his normal attacks are very fast and he gets the stacks really quick
