probably one of the characters I was waiting for most of all in Genshin Impact both for the lore and for her character, after seeing her in some images I wanted to pull her 100% until I read her kit… In my humble opinion this is the biggest waste of design in the entire history of Genshin Impact.
I've never said it but this time I hope Cloud Retainer makes little money, they must understand that exploiting a good design to easily sell a mediocre character is wrong.
Me and especially the community wants quality characters, this it's an insult to their intelligence.
IMO, buffs to specific types of attacks like normal/charged/plunged/skill/ultimate should be something done on relic sets, not on character kits.
You try putting it on a character and you end up with a yun jin or shenhe, and those characters see pretty much no use at all in most endgame situations.

Honestly while I get that some people are disappointed im excited. I like the idea of trying iut a whole new plunge attack style with different characters, seeing what can happen. I tend to like niche options, and i think she'll provide plenty of fun in her own way. She won't be a new meta defining character but I still think she'll be good fun!

A correction: her ult doesn't snapshot, so her synergy with Bennet is not perfect (unless you play her as a damage dealer)

The only thing that makes me want to pull her is her element skill for climbing mountains

It was trash to begin with, she could only pull small enemy’s in a very limited radius
Losing this ability will not make her “that worse” to doom post, she is still an extremely great support for Xiao, Hu Tao, Wriothesley, Gaming and Diluc, which is a great pull of characters.
Shen He litterally was made to support 1 character, and no one was complaining about that

I'm kind of annoyed that any new anemo comes out their go-to is VV. There needs to be more (good) anemo sets to make me question whether VV is worth it for a specific character

finally someone who pointed out the fact xianyun can take benney's buff to increase her atk as well.. that's why her teams are not so easy to define and they depend a lot on rotation/swtiching
