I dunno why yall are so interested in the reunion thing, this is defo not gonna be a thing. They arent even lookign at each other. So i dont think it ll be an illusion or dream either.
I just feel, its just Hoyiverse trying to represetn Lumine in their official arts and trailers, as Lumine players have been complaining on how Lumine is never on one of these trailers even though she is also a protag that you can choose(even if aether is the canonical mc). And if you notice, in cutscenes and such photographs in game, Lumine and Aether do not have identical poses and stuff. I think its a scene in the lantern rite quest, in which mc is having dinner with some other characters, if you choose Aether, he would be seated as shown in the pic, and if you choose Lumine, she would be there in that position as shown. Only one of them would be there.
