I'm. It that into the loop but from what I've heard the reason for the "content drought" is that large chunks of the developing team and the top brass has taken down time for vacations etc.
Hence we get these "fillers" like Windblume and Lantern Rite.
Seems to make sense to me.
Why would they make a game worth over a billion dollars in 6 months and let it wither.

This event is nothing like the cube one. First stage is beatable in 30 seconds. Hopefully next ones are harder.

Challenges? Done. Hangouts? Done. Chests. 100% all areas. Crimson tree? Level 12. Story quests? Locked behind keys. Festival? Done. Spiral Abyss? Don't have enough artifacts. Send halp!
this is why you don't try to hype up events for genshin impact before playing it
Just saying guys the first challenge is called “welcome to easy mode” so don’t go judging how hard it is yet lol
