yeah you can add 2 stats but you forgot the 2 random stats every upgrade the artifact still bs. its still random if you upgrade. which mean scam.

What i like the most about the new system is that If you get a good piece from it you only have to farm 3 pieces instead of 4 so when you get a good flower and feathers since they're the easiest one to achieve you only need to get one of the other 3 than use the new system to choose the one you don't want to off piece giving the player the choice to choose which piece they want to off set

I feel like this video is somewhat looking over the fact, that when artifact farming, you don't just get one single artifact at the end.
Take the goblet for example. Technically, yeah, it takes 300 days to get such a piece, however, in that time, you also roughly get 2.5 working Sands, 27.5 feathers, 27.5 flowers and probably around ~5 circlets (depending on how you want to calculate it, it's technically the same as sands, but you do only need/can get 1 crit substat, but also less odds to hit crit)
1 goblet vs 1 goblet, 2.5 sands, 27.5 feathers, 27.5 flowers and 5 circlets is a HUGE difference here.
It also misses a lot about how character building even works. For most domains, the time it takes can just be halved, because in quiete a lot of cases, the other set is pretty decent for lots of other characters too. Another major thing is that you can have 1 off-piece. This one would usually be the Goblet, which completly reduced the amount of time needed to grind, from 300 days to only 120 days for a character, or heck, maybe even two depending on the domain.
And here we get to the most important bit:
This means that usually, we were getting about 120 days to Grind and get 11 feathers, 11 flowers, 1 sands, 2 circlets, and the off-set goblet.
Now that we have the elixir, we can roughly grind about 60 days, and get 5.5 feathers, 5.5 flowers, 1 goblet, 1 circlet, and the off-set sands
It's technically only half the time here, but even in this instance, you do actually end up with less of some others of course, which can result in worse stats. So to compensate, we do actually need to end up highering it back up to 120 days, to see the difference.
Now we also have 11 feathers, 11 flowers, 2 goblets, 2 circlets and our off-set sands.
However, comparing these two, the only actual difference in 120 days, is the fact that in the old one, we only got 1 sands and 1 circlet, and now we got 2 goblets and 2 circlets. In terms of rolling for substats, this almost changes nothing, as we just get 2 more re-rolls, and still takes 3 months to even get that one extra piece to re-roll…
It's pretty clear that Hoyo thought this through and just made up a system that looks good on the outside, but barely actually changes the grind.
And to just slightly mention the thumpnail: It's obviously clickbait, but saying "save 57120 Resin" is just straightup lying at this point… Imagine all Genshin did was give you 3 more Resin a day, and you would say "THIS NEW MECHANIC SAVES YOU 9753 RESIN (in 3251 days)"

Maybe in World Level 9 everything will change ? We get Three 5 Stars per run instead of -Two. Something, Somewhere has to improve.. Otherwise this is just a System Stall to give room for Devs to make new Content before we reach end gameโฆ OR Burn Out eventually

And to get the materials you have to wait 2 patches (f2p players with 100% exploration in natlan) and 1 patch (for bp players)
Only some investigation spots give Mora, and it's only 200 per spot. If you only chose those spots you would get 20k Mora Max.
but we don't get 200 resin a day. Its only 180 and the cap is 200

I came from the Future and this is still bad because we only get 1 Sanctify elixir per cycle meaning you would have to get around an entire version just to get another Elixir for that artifact. For F2P and for a crown or. Goblet you need 3 oer even 4 of them

well IDK how much mora this would cost at least my 300M mora now has some uses, and for the first time in forever my raiden can finally get an electro goblet that has 2 crits
yes i never even once got an electro goblet in any artifacts 4 or 5 stars with crit substats (not even 1 crit), it reached to the point that im starting to believe C6R5ing a 5 star character might have higher chance than me than getting a good set for my raiden

Imagine prefacing it with saying "what we are used to now" which implies we are all used to absolute shit.
And then the thing itself is basically like 1 per patch from crafting and a few from quests. To make one artifact. That no one knows even if it will roll to the ones chosen. And it even consumes upgraded artifacts. ๐
So just farm farm and farm 4x the usual, farm more mora than usual, farm more artifacts normally and upgrade them with other artifacts. ๐
Then prayge if that chosen artifact rolls to what you locked for the substats. ๐

Dear god the limits they implemented itโs ridiculous ! The mechanics are great and the feature itโs fine. But itโs so limited it hurts itโs almost pointless. I could get whole set of artifacts for multiple characters in 40 days, way faster than the cycle for it to cool down

Do it for sands. Rather than sacrificing 4 elixirs to get a 2 crit roll 3 flat def roll goblet than no one can use. Goblet just off piece. You got 2 sands for 2 characters.
