What he actually means is if you have the best luck in the world, then your artifacts is what will make any character OP and not just cause its a 5*.
My pity got ruined by Ganyu but then all the efforts i put into licking the RNG Gods' feet were worth it because my substats on her dps are reaaaaaaaallly good. ( 40% crit rate + 4 pc cryo more than enough with 160%~ crit damage ) Dolphim btw ( bought one battlepass, so nothing crazy )
I’m not sure for the davlin one though but couldn’t ganyu just have started attacking the blood clot instead of doing her elemental burst + the skill?

c6 diluc is a huge game changer though. If he was c6 it would have been alot closer. The attack speed bonus plus the fact that it could cycle in the 3-hit string of the AA not to mention the zero delay in between those cycle is pretty huge.

I came this video again after watching asianguys video but the second diluc has his basic atks 8 lvl %133 crit dmg is a joke also r4 wg but he didnt use its passive (increases ur team mates atk) for example xingqiu was gonna hit harder if fischl would be there oz would hit much harder also he suppose to use em instead of atk sand

i have both ganyu and diluc, and i love them both. many ppl in the comments r saying "o y am i using diluc lmao" but i prefer diluc over ganyu. maybe its just because i love the element pyro and i love dilucs hair (ik im kinda weird lmao), but i have better reasons too. i usually dont do bosses as much and focus on domains instead because they give better rewards imo. ganyus burst is op against stationary bosses because they cant run away from the circle. dilucs dawn goes through the boss for a bit and deals dmg for a moment, but then it just goes away, so his burst doesnt unlock its full potential. ofc diluc is a permanent 5 star so he wont always be the best, but i am just saying that u should do a comparison of these same 3 against smth like spiral abyss. in that, enemies can just get out of ganyus circle, while dilucs burst will keep pushing them back and then the phoenix will explode. either all ur hilichurls/flowers/smaller enemies will be dead or just at rlly low health. both diluc and ganyu r amazing and top tier. i have no basis of judgment for klee because i only trialed her once during her story quest, but yea thats my opinion. im trying not to sound like a salty diluc main, and after reading my comment, i dont think i sound like it either, so yea- but u can tell ur opinion in the comments. ganyu is better than diluc in most cases, but yea the burst comparisons were not completely fair.

I use both diluc and ganyu, diluc is my main but ganyu is still necessary for enemies that strong against fire.

dont want to be the guy but dps ganyu uses 4 piece wanderer not 4 piece cryo set, the bloom crit wouldve been way over 160k if you had +35% charged shot damage instead of some crit from the cryo set 4 piece bonus
