I just want solid teams for each reaction type, including geo and anemo. That’s the carrot on a stick I’m chasing. Dendro coming up and I’m getting a second wind. The game takes up such little time in my day and when I do want to play longer, there’s usually some content hanging around in my backlog. If there was no extrinsic reward in play, yah, I’d only play on patch drops for story and battle content.
Okay, so I'm sharing this to the Void…it's almost midnight here and I've been steadily working my way through the Golden Archipelago. Decided to do a cheeky 10 pull, since I've got the primos. Maybe get a con for Haizou. Zero pity. It turns gold. So I get a Kazuha (con 1), Thoma AND a Faconius Sword. I've never EVER been this lucky on a random pull 😱 Kazuha is my first limited 5 star to get a con and it was by accident 🤣 My luck has been used. I'm locking my wishes until Sumeru 🙈
So what i took from this video is that a bunch of researchers basically ruined potential future artists love for making art…..who knows what they could've become if they didn't get screwed over like that👀

I play everyday for the minor rewards and getting things done in the game like everyone else, but those aren’t main goals. My main goals are to collect all characters and build them to their best potential and see how the story goes.
These two are my main goals and I know they’re gona be a while for them to be completed. Because of that it’s what’s keeping me coming everyday. Now if I was a true whale then I would have completed the collect all characters and their best potential, but I’m not. I’m like a dolphin or whatever is right below a whale. So because of that I still have things I can do within the game. Plus I do have two other accounts and I’m behind on those.
i also like to mention that unlike other gacha games, genshin deliberately is being stingy with primos and wishing is expensive so it feels more rewarding when winning. i tried other gachas and winning is easy and cheap to the point that it doesn’t really interest me anymore.

Very well formulated, ive had my suspicion for awhile that this was the case for drip feeding content as well as not adding new permanent repeatable content that most people only will burn out on.

It's not that addicting for me, but I do really love this game mainly because of the story and the music.
And ya I know some people will say the story is sh*t and childish but for me, it's great especially archon quest, they also keep improving over time anyway.
