Lantern Rite is always my favorite time of the year, regardless of what rewards we get from Hoyoverse so to be honest, I’m still pretty excited for patch 4.4 to come out! I love exploration more than anything else in Genshin so I have that at least 😀

If u want to hit hoyovers the quickest way to do that is to unsubscribe from there youtube channel and stop watching there youtube videos because youtube pay genshin just like thay do every other content creator

I invest so much of myself in Genshin. I spent so much money and play so many hours during the last 2 years on this game. It is hard to give up. But I think it is time to reduce my time in that game and spend less.
Because it’s the old Marketing director from Honkai. He move to direct the new marketing strategy game at that time. Genshin.since then. Honkai impact is waaaay more generous of gift.

Its best that they left Tears of themis alone. Besides the other games have waifus and most people care about them than some otome game. We rarely hear drama on their end. The last thing we want is them getting review bomb
But in a nutshell, Bribing us wont work anymore, if they do want are trust back, then they need to change.

its over, they have completely brainwashed whoever is still left playing. at this point we got to leave, yeah the game can be fun at times , but when 90% of the content is daily grinding borring events just to be able to get a new character and repeat the cycle, its just shit. i wont even install the new patch. genshin is just a bad habit at this point might as well just cut it
I could not care less about the 3 Fates, I just got the last of my most desired characters in the game, Yoimiya, and I'll gladly take the 3 Fates. Hell, I'd even take none. I get that the game is super successful and am glad that it is but at the end of the day, it is just a video game. Opinions differ and this is mine, so take it with a grain of salt. Also, just a side note, if you hate the devs, why do y'all keep playing the game?
No one should ever value the opinion of one who doesn't add value to them in some way.
The ones that are leaving fail to recognize Genshin itself as the reward.
The constant development, time put in, time away from families, passion, creativity, all put into the game and everything done and within by the devs and publishers etc. That to a non selfish people is reward enough.
No reward beyond Genshin itself is required by the selfless and those appreciating the work. Those who invest financially and support the title.
If someone supports financially and is going along with all the nonsense its more than likely because their audience are those complaining and they understand the wrath of not agreeing with them.

Genshin Comminity that left are all entitled in need of validation cry babies. Most of them do not invest financially and fail to recognize the entire free to play game they have. Even with NO rewards at all that should be enough.

A TRUE epitomized path. For them to stop holding our hands with quests/games and showing us the answers. More load for the teapot, heck, make all furniture able to be placed anywhere so long as it fits. Less Paimonsplaining. More fun games that are not easy AF.

Maybe they thinks it's as entitled and greedy as I for a pert of their community to cry about too little extra freebies after getting to play for free for 3 years.
If someone wants more wishes, they can just play the game, easy as that.
If they lack the time, then probably because they have a full time job, so they could alternative spent a bit of money, also quite easy.
The exception would be someone living in a country the online time is limited; that would be a reason for some free stuff as a thank you – but that's hard to verifiy.

Quicker resin regen would change the game a lot that's one major thing I think that needs to happen .

Even worse the banner the characters need to b3 at least c6 to be useful.. I'm f2p and c0 for some characters is still pretty good but these characters at c0 is 1 and done and never use it.
Why would they do anything when players just move over to HSR? Hoyoverse and Cai are still getting their numbers and players' money that way.
Another big game with money/profit issues has been Destiny, the game has become more and more predatory over the years, and the community team took literal years (nearly a decade) of feedback relaying it to the project leads, being ignored, until to the point where they were fired/let go, and then after they were gone, bungie finally decided oh hey we are finally going to work on some of those community desired changes, funny how people losing their job makes the people in charge change minds. I think if Hoyo/Genshin isn't making money like they used to and are hit in their wallet for these behaviors, people will lose their jobs, and the remaining management will be forced to do the right think because they themselves are worried about losing their jobs.

The sunk cost fallacy can be overcome. I don't play Genshin anymore because, honestly, yes, you may have sunk a lot of money, but you will stand to lose more money if you stay. It is straight-up an abusive relationship, and for real, you've got to let go. Granted, I've done this a few times with lots of money sunk into games, and I'm okay with losing some money as long as I ditch the game and prevent losing more if im bored or if it just feels bad. It's nothing but a plus, and it frees you to try something that won't make you feel horrible the more you play.
