No it's actually just two different characters. Raiden shogun, and Ei: you can clearly see it since they appear simultaneously in the trailer, Raiden holds the sword and Ei the naginata; in fact Raiden has that longer dress in the cutscene in which she tries to slice us in the archon quest
Yae miko shorts are also changed, make a video on that too. And also yae wishing screen moving animation on the mihoyo official website is censored when compared to that from the live stream, they already covered her shorts and made the skirt longer.
The new boss scares me, and I just reached Ar 44, gotta start farming soon as a genshin mobile player, probably need some help with fully building any of my characters that are still half built.

they literally make them irresistibly hot during their banner. then when the next banner drops, so does the censorship banner for the previous character.
Mixed feelings about this like I originally hated Shogun's costume because it doesn't scream Archon to me……but I guess her wearing a kimono with a supposed longer fabrics make sense??? But at the same time after looking at the new designed costume I kinda wished she would have those shorter front skirt with slits to make her look more dynamic??? If that makes sense? Because short full skirts hinders movements??
