Why Do I Have 5 Genshin Impact Accounts?

Alt accounts are something a lot of people make in Genshin Impact. I kinda have quite a few “alt” accounts, but it’s all for the sake of content… I promise

I’ve made many new accounts during my time of playing Genshin, yet I currently still actively play across 5 somehow.

Trying to grind primogems, events, dailies, resin, and more on all of them proves to be quite an issue, but I thought I’d explain why it is that I have all these accounts, and how accounts like Swords and Spells Only came to be.

Hey java, your ideas inspire me for doing certain type only weapon but for a day and change to other type next day ever since i get nothing to do , example: Mon-Sword, Tues-Bow, Wed-Catalyst, Thurs-Claymore, Fri-Polearm and Saturday+Sunday is free… Feel free to use this idea if you dont have idea for content

What I do when I want to farm dailies on multiple accounts (which obviously wouldn't work with the "_ only" challenge accounts) is that I log in on all of the accounts at once and have them all join the same world together. That makes it easy to take care of a friend's account if they can't do their own dailies for a while and I can do that for up to 3 accounts at once as long as they're all on the same server! As long as I have someone who can solo content (I usually pick Xingqiu, Yelan, Yoimiya, or Ayato), it's a lot easier than doing the same grind four times.

Well…. i started in 2020 and played genshin for a while, got ar 36 and then i stopped playing for 6 month, after coming back i made a new account in 2021 and i got ar 57 with every area 100% done, after the desert area game i FUCKIN DELETED MY ACCOUNT….. and after 2 months now i made new one…

  21. The lore of JavaTheCup! I understand doing the whole self imposed challenges. They’re fun (or torture depending what you pick).

    I’m still impressed you do not show signs of burnout in your videos with all the farming you have to do on each of those alternative accounts. As much as I enjoy this game, farming is the most painful part for many reasons

  28. when you talked about thinking of having a bows only account (this is completely off topic btw.)
    but i used to hate bows, yet got one bow for every element except for cryo and hydro.
    i have collei, tighnari, amber, gorou, faruzan, and kujou sara.
    i just wanted to rant because i personally dont care for bows because when you aim you get interuppted and for me i never use them

  34. Has anyone done a Males only account? I wish genshin would make a mod to make the males more manly I mean itto is just about right but the rest you can can mistake for flat chested girls lol. how about some beards, a cool scar, Zhongli would great with a beard.

  42. I'm on 2.5 accounts.

    1st account was Aether,grabbed Eula from the banner and then later grabbed a Shogun.

    Ended up ditching the account to play as Lumine and heavily played that account making it my main.

    Ended up going back and using the 1st account as a backup. Extra chance to pull for characters and try then out, and also used it to pull less meta characters and such.

    Having 2 accounts is good. It sucks to do double dailies but I like being able to do the story on one, and then be able to do the story again later again. It also means you can use twice as much resin and get twice as much primos from events.

    Two accounts also lets you build characters differently. I have a Kuki that is built all EM as well as a Kuki built with physical damage and pale flame set. I have a normal ER Raiden as well as a more EM based Raiden on the other.

    As for my .5 account…. my wife also made an account to play with me, which is nice, but I also end up doing farming for her every so often…..

    I probably won't do more than those accounts, but I could see myself doing a free to play account, but do something like your nuzlocke, only using starter characters and free characters that we get, as a way to play through the story again and only need to actually farm for like 8 characters

  44. Coming back to the game after a few months' break nice to see you're keeping the series going If anyone is curious I quit not cause of the grind but causes I tilted myself off the planet with my bad luck lol.

  48. ok so. i was like "finally someone like me" and then i realized im like. worse. i have about 5 accounts (dont have access to my og account 🥲) but i. also play on every server across all accounts. so i. grind and play across at least 12 different sets
