  1. Honestly I feel like when most people quit is because of the core of the game which is Gacha. Basically, the limitations the game has that u can only do per day unless spending lots of money. That and how content is still being made which means the game won’t be complete to actually finish the game and people end up being impatient or bored.

Now I know not everyone can wait around or be able to find things to do in the game, but I feel like if ur aware of how the game is, knowing how the mechanics work, and still get upset of how it is then maybe stop playing it. In my eyes that’s like me playing a game I know I don’t like and then complaining about it while still playing it. So when people keep making videos of how Genshin is “dying” like after every major update it’s like why.

  2. I had a ton of fun playing through Genshin, but at the moment it's my side-piece. Inazuma was a great update and I'm looking forward to the second half of it for sure, but in between these major updates I just do the daily stuff and maybe do a little artifact grinding once a week or something. I was absolutely hooked on it for a couple hundred hours so I definitely got my time out of it, and I still play about 20 mins a day for the daily stuff and I don't plan on quitting that. I just really hope they throw in more interesting end-game because I can only do artifact grinding/abyss for so long. I do like most of the events which are constantly refreshing, so that's pretty cool too, but I hope for some killer end-game at some point.

  3. A way I compare genshin to another game is like FFXIV, much like 14 online, the game is kinda meh until you get past the prologue/first chapter of the game. in genshin it's once you finish with mondstadt and really start exploring liyue, and with 14 it's once you get to heavensward the game starts getting really fun.

  4. I spent like $150 in game and now it's getting boring even when inazuma is out i spent like 2 to 3 days exploring up to 100% all maps, achievements, chests, etc.
Should I change my play style from now on, any suggestions from you guys so I don't get bored quickly when I play?
Literally nothing to do rn just login doing commission make condensed resin that’s it 😐

  5. I would like at least the system guardian tales use for their accesories. With an item you can lock the substats and reroll everything else, the more substats you lock, the more of that item you need. If you have a cryo damage artifact with nice crit rate, okay spend item to lock it, if you reroll with a nice amount of crit dmg but you are greedy to get atk too, spend double amount of said drop, the next one is 9 if you want 4 perfect substats, In the end you have to spend a lot of that drop so either you get some of them with PB, events and wherever else they want to put it, but at least you could save some artifacts.

Its sad that even Summoners wars have a better aspect in that regard. They have stones that let you change whatever stat you want to any stat you want, okay its once per rune and its not that high ammount, its still better.

  6. I’ve “quit” Genshin a bunch lol. I just can’t play one game for long periods of time. That being said I’ve played Genshin a lot longer than a lot of other games I’ve played. Took a break at the start of 2.0 cuz a bunch of other games had updates as well like Apex Legends, but I’m back again and ready for Raiden 😀

  7. Don't get me wrong I love genshin alot, but the game would be so much better if resin didn't come and kick me in the balls once a day everyday. Especially when the week resets and I need to do my weekly bosses.

  8. tbh genshin is a good game but the resin system sucks massive dick 21 hours for 160 recharged and 1 recharge only gives you 60 resin. not only that the price for it only becomes more and more which makes it only harder to get artifacts.
for the people who have played summoners war, i would suggest that genshin does the same. so that would be 30-50 primo's for a full 160 resin. maybe that would be a bit mutch but that would mean that people can play the game for longer than 1 hour and do something.

  9. I have overcome the artifact grinding with a godly blizzard strayer flower with hp main stat and crit rate, crit dmg, elemental mastery and energy recharge as sub stat.
