Why don’t people play diluc anymore? This was a question I’ve had for a while and I decided to hop on genshin impact and see for myself if there was a reason for people dropping him. Diluc was my first 5 star character so it sucks to see people not using him anymore.

I’ve just reworked my Diluc to a 4pc Crimson Witch & I’m working to level up the artifacts, can’t wait to bring him out to battle again!
lmaoo man that was hilarious! for me back then i had both klee and him, it was klee's release banner and everyone was saying diluc is out of meta although i didn't really understand i just played diluc less and now i kinda want to play him

The most common mistake that players make with Diluc is that they load him up with a bunch of crit stats and attack (to the point that it gets oversaturated and yields less results) but forget about one of the most important stat for him which is Elemental Mastery… This stat is what boosts his reaction based damage, which is his bread and butter. A good crit ratio of 65/180 with over 2k attack and 200 elemental mastery is what he needs to get optimal results… But people don't focus on EM and then proceed to call him bad.
I've been doing everything in my might as a f2p player to get him home. I ended up with C1 Jean, C0 Miko and the Skyward Atlas I got yesterday.
Send help, I can't use Chongyun as a main dps for much longer, and Miko breaks my game half the time-

I usually veer away from the hype and when I got Diluc I placed him in the teapot, now my Diluc is lvl 1 with friendship 10 lol
He still my favorite character and mailing him
I actually started the game for Diluc and Qiqi, got him on AR 57 after praying to get him on every lost 50/50 and getting everyone except him and Qiqi (i have C2 Jean, C1 Mona and C1 Keqing). But when I finally got him at ar 57, i just put him to off to build later and he's still benched at level 50 🙁
I just hate so much diluc bc I lose 50/50 itto for him 😭
Oh I too now have C3 diluc lol….sad losing to diluc so many times but now I want my 50/50 losses to be diluc cause might as well reach c6 at this point XD
I don't play him out of spite of getting him instead of Childe ;-;
