  1. I think that it's less that Forbidden Knowledge is contradictory/unauthorized/hidden information and more power/information whose format is incompatible with Irminsul's programming structure, like sticking a GameCube disk in a PlayStation 5. Not only can it not process the information, but it might damage its operating system and hardware in the process of trying to.

  2. So I kinda wanna see you do a video on out of the characters that are theorized to be the 10th fatui harbinger who is most likely to be the 10th fatui harbinger also what would happen if a person from teyvat were to somehow accidentally tap into the power of a Aeon from honkai star rail and gain a vision what would happen would they be smited by Celestia or something

  3. Maybe "forbidden knowledge" is Genshin's version of "honkai"? In HI3 APHO there are the "sky people" who have supposedly managed to rid the threat of honkai from their own world so they go hunting for it from other worlds. In the "Fox in Dandelion Sea" book the foxes want to become human so they will stop being hunted. But whether dandelion sea = dark sea = void or if the dark sea is something else entirely is kinda unknown? But there's also the Timmie commission with ducks in the lake and birds on the bridge and "if both sides have enough to eat then maybe everyone can be friends". But it also seems like the ducks are the ones "less liked" because there's more of a reaction from Timmie if you shoot them compared to the pigeons.

  4. Wonder how far one actually needs to go to find forbidden Knowledge.

After all we already found some, lets say, "unallowed" knowledge when we picked up Before Sun & Moon in Enkanomiya. But if Celestia wanted that knowledge gone, why didn't they just irminsul it away?

Is it possible that the effects of Irminsul don't reach into the the Dark Sea? Hence why excised pieces of information still exist there?

  5. I believe something like this actually happened at least 4 times now:

    1. Deshret and his people learn about Forbidden Knowledge, Deshret's people are cursed, Deshret gets himself killed by a dragon
    2. Khaenriahs people learn about Forbidden Knowledge, get cursed by Celestia, there's no god to kill though
    3. Orobashi learns about Before Sun & Moon, manages to spare his people by keeping that knowledge from them, but is forced by Celestia to get himself killed by Raiden Shogun
    4. Seelies become entangled with an Outsider, all Seelies are cursed by Celestia and their Gods, the Moon sisters, kill each other

Think if we put all of these togehter a bit of a pattern emerges. One which would seem to imply that:
    – Celestia might be the one cursing people, not Forbidden Knowledge
    – Celestia forces gods who come in contact with it to Epstein themselves
    – Before Sun & Moon might be an actual piece of Forbidden Knowledge. We should probably read it to Timmy to see if anything bad happens

  6. Maybe forbidden knowledge is indeed another way to record the truth, as well as the data base that the Abyss uses.
If the OS set by the Heavenly principles – Irminsul, cannot interpret it, because it's encrypted in a different way or uses another programming language, it could literally corrupt the programs running the Teyvat simulation. Hence you get Ley line disorders and buds of random data popping up (spawning records of enemies, Mora, experience, memories of mini-bosses locked in time, even weather phenomena).

As to the "power from beyond"… it's probably one of the few powers Celestia could be challenged with, so it has made it inaccessible and obscured with their false system of 7 elements. Nibelung's plan might have been to abolish the limited understanding of only having 7 elements.
