it doesn't matter if its screen rant, pcgamer, gamesradar, etc. these articles are made by people who don't actually have time to play games for a meaningful amount of time. they only have to vaguest idea of what the game entails or they never even play it and just plagiarize their article. as sad as it sounds, going to reddit for a tier list will better inform you than a professional gaming journalist's article.
Hu tao being no.1 isn't something crazy because hu tao is really the best DPS in the game for single target

Believe it or not, this article gave more accurate information about Genshin Impact than other articles I've seen this site gave about other franchises. I've seen worse tier lists. They at least (maybe accidently) got some of the characters roughly in the correct ballpark.

Tbh your kind of overreacting, I was expecting like amber or ally to be up there with how the thumbnail and tittle and how you were acting portrayed it, but through the vid your kind of just dogging on them for not being ultra specific with there wording and saying characters are good outside of abyss when they are. Like the only take I agree with you on is diluc being shouldn’t be higher than xiangling
As soon as i saw Keqing i knew this was gonna be bad but…Diluc at number 5. He was my first five star and i really enjoy playing him but its obvious he isn't in the top ten and has not been for a very long time.
They forgot to add Bennett? This is definitely the worst tierlist, at least they somewhat got the top 5 right.

The problem with lists is that they lump all of the characters on the same playing field. A more productive list would be in categories like Main/Sub/Burst DPS, Support, Healer.
Funny how they managed to keep all 3 contestants for number one completely out of this list (Benne, kazuha and zhongli)

She is my no. 1 priority
But i can definitely say that when it comes to single damage, there is no competition whatsoever
But in terms or overall performance and dps she should be in 2nd or 3rd place

Dude. If you go over a tier list, link it! No matter how bad it is, you use their content to create yours. So have at least the decency to mention the source. Otherwise, have fun with reports and upcoming strikes / demonetization.
Any list that doesn’t have bennett or kazuha in the top 5 is just wrong. You may not like them, but their value is undeniable. Ganyu and raiden are clearly the best dps in the game by all speedrunning/world record abyss times as well. followed by eula ayaka hutao and xiao all in the (next best) dps tier

I mean this list is not the worst but it ain’t the best. Whoever made the list is just a couple updates behind. Like back when Hu Tao and Ganyu came out, they were like the two King/Queens of the game.
No mention of Bennett, raiden shogun, zhongli, etc etc
Eula, Raiden, Zhongli, Kazuha, Ganyu, Ayaka, HuTao, Bennett, Xiangling, Xingqui. My top 10(not in order, though). Since there aren’t like 100 characters in the game rn, I included characters from all roles. I was tempted to put in Kokomi and Xiao, but couldn’t😞
