Eula main here and I completely agree, just hoping she gets a designated physical support in the future like gorou, faruzan and such (if not then thats alright with me). I run Eula, Raiden, Zhongli and Yelan and ofc they do wonders for me d(*￣o￣)
For me Itto. Noelle (in my opinion) is just better overall.
I think it’s a more interesting conversation to just say “which 5 stars are the most neglected” in which case I would agree, Eula is totally forgotten. We need something to elevate physical gameplay. I would also say Klee is terribly neglected and Venti has also become incredibly niche and less practical than other anemo options in most cases. Albedo was until he got an artifact set, weapon and support character all in one patch. Xiao would have also been a consideration if Faruzan never came out.

sus but mika will increase attack speed and will heal the charecter if charecter does normal attack.. which can be benificial and if he does become a eula support then I guess he will also increase physical dmg bonus and give crit dmg as well

Ganyu is overrated for real.
I feel like claymore and catalyst characters are usually the runt of the litter. With the intro of Nahida, it’s been doing better. One of my favorite characters is yae miko who is so freaking powerful if built correctly and the only 5 star I’d want to c6. She got so much bad rep and as of late finally became “relevant.” I dunno i always found her to be easy to play and quite refreshing

I think you misconstrued between "worst best unit" and "most neglected" character, and it's even just 5 Stars character
Eula isn't even in the top 10 since Sumeru patches starts releasing Nahida and the discussions surrounding her already starts fading since Shenhe got released too, the "worst" of the best units might be closer to pointing towards Zhongli as you even said to put him in the least powerful S rank list of 5 Stars characters in Genshin, as Zhongli's lack of reaction were mitigated with stupid amount of universal levels of buffing and defending (asides from those big wolves ofc)
I would say cyno is the worst 5* dps
I was thinking klee just due to her overall playstyle… Yes she does a lot of dmg but it takes a lot of animation cancelling and slow movement
I dont envy physical and geo mains. And anemo is finally moving away from the support niche.
Eula is the worst! there is no a single doubt about it! i have her since her first banner and the level of the frustration when you playing this character is unbelievable. Thats why i still benched her almost 1 and half year, i dont want to play her anymore.
I have to agree, out of the best characters overall, Eula is the worst of them. I still love the character though. 😊
I love Eula, the one way to make her pop out again is by giving her an Armored Skin. Yeah… now where talking
I’d say the worst of the best is either Kazuha or Zhongli. Kazuha does shrewd vv but almost all Anemo ppl do so and his crowd control is only really good if you have sac and c1. Zhongli is only used for his shield and meteor, but geo doesn’t do much for a team since it’s only reaction is crystallize, and his burst doesn’t get much if you go full sheild which is useless with corrosion, and while it could be proven for the other gels being worse, Albedo boosts EM and Itto is rarely put in teams with other elements to begin with.
I also though of Eula, then remembered how forgettable ayato is for me. I've heard good things about him, I just forget about his existence a lot of the time.
You see, Eula is one of those characters you can bring into any boss fight without worrying much about the reactions. Name any boss that you cannot beat with Eula. Take someone like Ganyu or Ayaka. They're useless against Cryo Hypostasis or any other enemy who has resistance against Cryo. Same goes for every other DPS character. But, with Eula, you can bring her to any fight without any hesitation knowing she'll do her job.
yeah… Hoyo did Eula really bad. Still running her with the very same team as I did when I first got her (raiden, diona and rosaria). She can do abyss but not optimal especially with the current. To think all members of the team are but to grind energy and give support to make her really shine.

I think mihoyo could benefit from tweaking physical teams and adding more characters to help add more diversity to the character roster

They made xinyan physical support is so stupid. Anything to do with physical support should be cryo or electro.
I think of Eula too. Mihoyo releases her and proceeds to ignore Physical dmg. No boss in the game has Elemental immunity or any Abyss buff for physical dmg. 🤡🤡

Ganyu is boring, powerful yet very boring to me. She literally does the same thing as Tighnari does but even worse. And Yoimiya is on par with Hu Tao when built tbh. Okay I can agree somewhat because physical is not as used nowadays I mean my physical Heizou outdoes my Eula easily xd. Layla technically is an upgrade for Eula tbh. I think physical characters with exception to Eula like Razor and Xinyan are hybrids not non elementals. It's why Razor can power creep Razor in many situations because his other element electro can retain presence whereas Eula cannot say the same. Heizou being able to be a plausible physical means of course if one wanted to in theory Scaromiuche could as well. Heizou physical, Layla, Fischl and Xingqiu and watch enemies get deleted. Pop a skyward atlas on them and oh boy. The skyward weapons are hybrid physical damage anyways and yes this is true of claymore and the catalyst idk about the polearm but likely the same thing so if you want true hybrids aside from razor the skyward series taps into that.

As a Eula main. I totally agree. I'm really hoping Mika WILL be her physical support. BUT (im sorry for Raiden mains) I pulled Raiden JUST to support Eula.
I do agree with you, but I also must defend her, since she pretty much chose me because I got her back to back when I had the worst wishing addiction. Her kit might be junky, but because of how strong she is, she will always have the upper hand against bosses. Even if she can't one shot some of them, her burst does so much damage that other characters can only reach that amount of damage with supports such as sucrose and bennett. Her attacks and skill are a permanent kit that goes on forever if you use her skill with tap then hold. She just needs any character that shields her when you use her burst. And the most ridiculous fact is that she can be the only character that blasts alone. Also, who said that you can only use her as a phisycal character? You can use her for freeze, melt as well with her phisycal burst as a bonus

Edit 2- scratch that by sneznaya drops she will definitely be buffed because of the multiple future characters. Nowadays they are focusing on hypercarry teams and the synergy with the dendro element with sumeru. Once that is done (probably with dehya who is obviously gonna be focusing on burgeon reactions and a DPS 🤞🏼) they will be making more versatile and unique characters for sure. You can see that with scaramouche and faruzan , I mean xiao finally gets a support so not all hope is lost for eula.🙂

There is no "Worst Best" unit. There is the Worst unit and that is The Wanderer because of how Hoyoverse ruined him and made him something that he is not. In actuality, I was not surprised when you said Eula, but I do agree with everything you've said. I mained Eula for months, and Eula got me my first 36-star clear in Abyss. I even used her in exploration for months until her second re-run. Eventually, I saved enough primogems and also got lucky to get other DPS chracters and I stopped using Eula.
I only recently used her again in Abyss just to go down memory lane with Eula, Qiqi, Bennette, and Raiden Shogun.
I am thinking a electro or cryo version of Yelan would be the buff to Eula; the character will need the potential for healing, shielding, buff for physical ATK, and/or physical DEF shredding in some way.

I wouldnt consider eula to be one of the best so shes also not one of the worst of the best for me that would be zhongli because he only offers defensive utility
